Came to get a facial. They did an awesome job! Booking was pretty easy. Bought a Groupon you can either buy it thru Groupon or they can honor the price. I got a customized facial. I got a mask on then steam. While waiting she did a hand massage and shoulder massage. Then she did extractions, after I got another mask with a jade roller. While waiting she did a massage for my neck and scalp. Loved it! There's plenty of parking behind the building. You just fill out a form before getting the service done. My wife and I had the couples massage and facial combo, and would give the experience a 9 out of 10. The facility/spa is cozy, clean, and welcoming. We felt comfortable and were greeted with a variety of treats and snacks while we waited. My only suggestion would be to have the treatment room slightly cooler. With the sheet/blanket that covers you and then the steam that's applied to your face during the facial it becomes quite warm and sometimes difficult to just relax and tune everything out and be present in the "relaxation" of the services. If it were cooler in the room, this would be a 10 out of 10 experience. read more

Found Timeless Beauty on Instagram. In desperate need of several waxing services. Call leave a message and get a call back several hours later. They are located inside a Salon Suites building. Easy to find. Parking plentiful. When you enter the suite it's a little dark but clean. Immediately greeted by Joana, who actually did all my waxing. I had both hard and strip wax. Joana was friendly and I think she has a high level of skill. She put me at ease and was fairly quick. Prices competitive. I will return next month. Four stars instead of five is because whatever oil she used on my face is starting to give my skin small red bumps. read more

Disgusting customer service. My boyfriend and i scheduled two messages and rescheduled them with 24 hours notice. I received a voicemail that our massages were cut down from 60 minutes to 45 minutes. I called and asked where that policy is stated on their website and shayla said it is not stated on their website. I was never told the policy and i was under the impression it was 24 hour notice. Instead of having good customer service and honoring the 60 minute massages i prepaid for... she would've rather me just cancel my apportionment for tomorrow instead. I have been going here consistently for almost a year and let me tell you my esthetician (Shayla) never disappoints! She is super professional, she explains every step along the way and even goes as far as explaining the benefits of each product she uses! Her hands are literally magic. I always get a facial and a backfacial. The facial alone is relaxing(scalp, neck & arm massage) even when getting treated for my acne which by the way has improved greatly thanks to Shayla and the products she uses. The backfacials are amazing as well and my back has improved tremendously!!! When you walk into this business it is so well put together you instantly feel the relaxation! The rooms are even cuter with relaxing music and bed warmers! Another great thing about this business is that they are always having great promotions on all of there services! The voice, the voice! From the moment I was welcomed by Kimberly my massage therapist I knew I would be in for a relaxing experience because she has an extremely reassuring and soothing voice and gave me cool water to sip while I filled out the paperwork. She made sure my areas of aches were given extra attention and she asked whether or not I was comfortable with the level of pressure. Totally professional demeanor and sensitive way of wrapping and unwrapping the cover sheet to work on different sections of me and even provided tips for exercise to help with my trouble spots. I think my aesthetician's name was Shayla and she was very pleasant and I enjoyed the way she worked in neck, face, scalp and hand massage as well. The jade roller provided a nice sensation that I have never experienced before. Steam seemed to favor one side of my face though and I usually have more extractions than I had here but I guess you need to pay more for more thorough extractions. Everything was very clean and calming in this place. Pleasant scents but nothing overpowering. Nice how their Facebook entries have lots of bilingual info. Unfortunately, without Groupon I cannot afford the regular rates esp. since I want to adequately tip these hard working professionals. read more

I recently visited Timeless Beauty Aesthetics for my gf's bday surprise. I'd found a Groupon, read some of their reviews and thought we'd give it a try. I'd booked us facial and massages for both of us in the same room. Once we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our aesthetician Shayla who was absolutely fantastic in every way. The room was very fresh smelling and clean and the cool thing about it is one of us could get a massage while the other received the facial and then there was no switching of rooms after. Hello! Why hasn't anyone else thought of doing this? I've had a ton of facials and massages over the years and I'm pretty picky/notice a lot of little things. I loved our experience here very much and definitely suggest you give them a try if you're reading this. Our massage therapist Ricky was very, very good as well.
