Mike was polite, professional, patient (with all my questions and my nose in his work space) and very knowledgeable. Mike showed me the problems with his camera, explained and then clearly told me what he would be using and how he could fix the issues. The video footage was eye opening and fantastic to see. He used hydro jetting to cut through many feet of roots (at least 5' of clog in one difficult spot), and then flushed everything out. Mike went above and beyond, persevered to getting through the 25+ years of roots clog. It took an hour of hard work to get through just 5 feet, yet he did it... when I am sure others would have just insisted I dig up the area and spend a fortune solving the problem. After flushing the whole system, he again used the camera to confirm everything was clean. Mike advised me on future handling and gave me options to consider on how to repair the builders bad design and access that made the job so difficult. Having Mike here for the outside drains, I asked him to check the inside...and he again showed me the buildup from my kitchen sink to the main drain - in less than 5 minutes, he had the kitchen sink draining faster than I had ever seen before.
