You always get a vibe, Nick surpassed electrical knowledge, safety, and contractor type questions and found solutions to our electrical needs. We are very appreciative of Nick from Wire Nut and his services on January 18th. We has 3 separate…read moreprojects that needed to be completed that day and he persevered and completed them all. The last project later in the day involved restoring operating fans to two old Stiebel Eltron electric storage heaters in our basement. Nick found a way to remove the bad fans and then troubleshot and replaced them with working fans from other heaters. This allowed the basement thermostat to work and the 2 heaters now could blow hot air into the room to better regulate the temperature. He came up with a plan that made better sense than what I had suggested AND would be less visible. Plus it avoided having to have PPL involved. He and his helper were able to get out work done in a far more practical manner, and with added features for safety than what we originally requested. Great work. On top of that Phil is a very very nice man, took special care to avoid tracking up any area of the house and was very interesting and informative to converse with. Great guy. Bonnie was very thorough. He spoke to me over the phone and explained the problem, Provided pictures to support and educate me on what he needed to repair. Provided me an estimate prior to starting repairs. He did the work in a timely fashion, and even gave me pointers on things I could do to improve my electric in my home that were affordable. Office staff was a woman who was very nice, Made me feel comfortable and was Easy to communicate with. I will be doing business with them again in the future.
