More than one time I've needed emergency service and they usually had someone there within hours. This past Sunday, we had an ice/snow storm, and it caused a lot of power outages. Unrelated to the storm, Sunday night my water quit working. I called several Well Pump companies, and most didn't answer or couldn't make it for days. As a long shot, I took a ride to RJ Groner's office, and to my surprise, found that they also did Well Pump work. I never knew that, or they would have been my FIRST CALL! Even though they were short handed because of the storm, in less than 24 hours, they had a crew at my house, checked every component in the system, and replaced my 340' deep well pump! In less time than it took others to call me back, I had running water again thanks to RJ Groner! If I have a problem with heating, cooling or plumbing, they are, and will forever be, my go to company! I have and continue to recommend them to anyone I know that could use their services!

When I found that he was local and saw his ratings, I knew I had to try his service at least once. I switched from a bigger company who installed my equipment because it was difficult to get service and I had to speak to 2 or 3 different people to arrange that. I was tired of having to make phone calls, wait for replies and being made to feel that people were doing me a favor by charging me to come out for work. Mack called me back himself within 10 minutes of my message. He "interviewed" me on the phone about the problems I was having. He went to my home, serviced my unit and had it running right away. He also gave me advice and suggestions about keeping it running well. The price was a little cheaper than my previous company, but still within the range for an annual service. I will continue to use Mack because he seemed to care about my home as if it were his. Paying him was the last thing on his mind, he wanted me to be happy first.
