I have bought many puff bars from this place and most of them are fake, I've figured out how to tell if the puff is fake by looking at the box first if the QR code isn't on the back of the box it is fake the ones with the QR code with it sealing the box is fake and they taste horrible every nicotine device I have gotten from here is fake

It's a shame they sell to underage kids and allow them to get HIGh right in front of the store as I walked up to the door a kid was doing nitros in the car parked out front I explained he shouldn't be doing that when it can kill him he obviously didn't care and replied "a lot of things can kill me" it's a shame won't stop Until someone gets hurt or in trouble it seems and I have mentioned it to the owners plenty of times that the customers are way under 21 read more

i used to b a regular but the vapes started tasting disgusting and definitely seemed used. the last time i went, the vape was so gross i could not take it and it would make this weird hissing noise after every hit. i even brought it inside to show the guy the sound but he didnt even care and made me pay for a new one with like $3 off but that vape was bad too ! i wasn't even going to bother going back inside i just decided to never come back read more

I use to go here once in a while, but a year or so ago they got a new owner apparently and wow, nice displays, guaranteed to have stuff that makes you ask yourself? How?huh? How's that work, lol I spend way to much on glass... well, until I met the owner at this shop! I found my $75 Riggs for $35. (CHEAP)but quality,I won't over pay again, I'll ask him before hand. So glad I found this place! BEST prices around (and I've been to A LOT). Super nice and helpful and they carry supplies I couldn't seem to find at most vape shops. I'm now a dedicated loyal customer. Can't get better than this shop. Its located in a tiny strip mall on Woodside Ave in Lakeside between Taco Bell and Jack in the box. Check them out, you wont be disappointed!! read more

Selling fake products. Normally I don't have a problem with other smoke shops if I get a fake product I let them know and they let me trade for a different product. When I tried to trade/return the fake Hype he told me no and that I could buy another product at a $1-2 discount. Bad business if you ask me because I know they are buying these fake products at a much lower price than they are selling them for. I won't be coming back. read more

I stopped by this smoke shop looking for a battery for my pen since the one I bought elsewhere was giving me issues. At first, the guy seemed friendly, but when I mentioned that I wanted to check online reviews for a specific product before buying, his attitude completely changed. He got defensive, assumed I was looking up reviews of his shop, and even admitted he gets bad reviews because he "kicks kids out." I told him I'd come back another time to avoid problems, and his response was, "please don't come back." That was shocking and unprofessional. This was easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and it left me not trusting the place at all read more

I love getting cigars here for my boss that smokes them. I don't know anything about cigars, but the gentleman working here always help me pick stuff out. I vape and they're always patient while I decide what flavor I'd like and it seems like they've tried everyone so they genuinely tell me what they like about each one and know the flavor profile. They have a punch card too. It's also been newly renovated and is definitely the cleanest smoke shop I've ever been in. Classy too, the new portraits of famous people on the walls are especially rad.

No food, I didn't ask about pets. Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors on the patio which is a downside considering the temperatures in Alpine during summer time. The patio is not enclosed with a/c, patio ceiling fans only. Beers/wine/seltzers. Moderate cigar selection. Parking is free in two small lots, one in front of the establishment, the other appears to be a shared lot with the restaurant next door.
