I order most of my cigars online, it's just faster and easier for me and I don't have to go to a store anywhere and waste time picking things up. And in some cases, I save a lot of money, especially for my daily cigars. I could buy a package of these cigars for about $45 online plus tax, with free shipping. These guys charge about $75 for the same package. I'm sorry, but I'm not crazy. I really do want to support local stores, but that much of a price difference, at today's expenses and living costs, I have to save money when I can, especially on bad habits. But when I'm running low, I stop by here and pick up a few boxes of my daily smoke. I used to come here for vape juice and other smoking related things, not anymore. The other week I came in a bought 2 containers of vape juice at $13.99 each and 1 pack of backwoods for $7.99. The total after tax should have been $38.31 I was told the total was $42.50 So I was basically charged an extra $4.19 for no reason. I was spending at least that much every 2 weeks and now I've decided to go anywhere else that won't just add dollars on to my total. If they are doing this to me I can assure you they are probably overcharging you as well. In their defense it was not the owner that was working that day but I believe his son (someone in their 30's) The owner is normally very nice and gives good deals but I won't return due to the treatment I received last time. read more

Have never had a bad customer experience here until today. The owner has always been extremely accommodating. Unsure of who was there today. However, bought a Hype bar for $21.99. Asked if I could try it in the store. Tried it, it was burnt as hell. Told him right after I hit it once. He said I needed to wait a few seconds and then hit it again. Did that, still burnt. He told me there was nothing he could do. Awful service and won't be returning. The point of me trying it in the store is to make sure it was a good hype bar. This smoke shop is absolutely terrible they sold me fake juul pods which seemed to be real on the outside till I got home opened them and they were completely different and tasted like poison and they leaked everywhere. I'm always driving by this place but I've never stopped in. Well the other day I decided to give it a try because I needed some hookah flavor. I'm not greeted when I walk in, so I say "hi how are you? Do you guys have red gummi bear?" He then goes yes and points to it. I was so excited since most places are sold out because it's a new flavor and has become very popular. There was no price tag or sign indicating the price so I asked him politely "how much is it?" He then replies well how much do you usually pay at other places. Are you serious???? What kind of business tries to play the guessing game? After he asked me that dumb question I replied with "well the guy down the street sells it for 7.00" he laughed and said no our price is 10.00. I left without buying anything.
