We hired "Pure Solar Clean" to clean my gutters and windows on two houses. I tend to hire companies/people that have a business which started within the last 3 years. We feel helping a new company start out is important. Well, let me tell you: You'd never guess this company started roughly 1.5 years ago. They came with a truck that had a large tank attached filled with water that obviously didn't come from the tap. The purpose was to make sure the water used on the windows didn't have any of the chemicals and sediment found in normal tap water, which can leave spots and hard water stains. That alone is a reason to go with this company. Also, every piece of equipment that had was top of the line, everything from the water dispensing brush scrubbers for the windows to the machine that literally washes your screens like a car going through a car wash. Pure Clean Solar didn't just "start a business." No, they invested a ton of money into this business right from the start. Let me start off with my initial contacts with "Jayden." This gentleman was extremely polite and professional. He returned calls extremely fast, and never once at any point in this process did anything happen that wasn't planned to happen. Appointments were made and you can bet they were there and ready to work right at that moment. Jayden was on top of it. I can't imagine there would be any detail that Jayden wouldn't have planned for ahead of time. That company is one very well-oiled machine. One shocking thing that happened is that I agreed to the work to be done and I accepted the price quoted, which was a fair price. But then, out of nowhere, Jayden says, "We'll throw in a complimentary solar panel cleaning too. Yes, you heard that right, he offered to clean 52 solar panel even AFTER I already agreed to the price. That's unheard of. Yet, it happened to us. What an extremely nice guy. Kyle and Cole were the 2 gentlemen who showed up to do the work. The first thing Kyle did was take the time to explain the entire process to me and exactly what to expect. Believe me, that's a rarity in this world to have someone explain everything ahead of time. While Kyle was talking to me, Cole was working hard to get everything in place ahead of time. Both of these guys were busting their ass every single minute they were there. It felt as though Kyle was in charge, but it was hard to tell because Cole didn't seem to need any supervising. It was apparent they had been working together for so long that they just both knew their jobs inside and out. Both Kyle and Cole worked very, very hard from the second they started to the second they finished. It's nice to see people like them putting in that kind of dedication. We had previously washed the inside windows the day before, to make sure we could see how well they did on the outside. But all that did was show us how horrible we cleaned the inside windows. LOL. Their side was to die for. Great job Kyle and Cole. I can't tell you enough how hard they pushed themselves. They didn't stop one time for lunch or a break. Also, they found a hard to reach gutter that had some previous corrosion that was slowly eating away the metal gutter. They ask me if they could caulk up the said gutter and prolong its useful life. Again, they offered another free service without any hint of compensation. They also placed, for free, little metal drain gutter blockers that would let small debris in the drain, but stop bigger debris. WOW, simply Wow!! Kyle and Cole are the workers that make this whole experience a joy. My wife came home and was thrilled by the windows. Do NOT lose these workers. They are going to be the reason they keep coming back. Thank you guys for everything. Cole and Kyle truly are the basis of this review. My story - had my solar installed, and was able to have a person install my SolaTrim bird guard (I just needed to supply the material) as part of my Solar install. Spent $1200 on the material. Unfortunately it wasnt more than 6-8 months that I noticed certain parts of the SolaTrim was beginning to come off my panels (braved my second story roof and replaced atleast 6 x 4 feet sections). Another 6 months go by and notice more areas of the SolaTrim starting to come off the panels. This SolaTrim material is great but it has very specific directions for the material to provide longevity in protection (cleaning the surface of panel with specific cleaning wipes, applying 15 lbs of pressure to activate adhesive tape etc.). If any of the steps are missed, then it will have issues doing it's job. I didn't feel comfortable rebraving the second story of the house to fix the bird guard since the area that had the issue didn't have a lot of roof real estate and wanted to leave it to professionals to do a comprehensive evaluation of the bird guard. I called several bird proofing companies but none of them wanted to deal with the SolaTrim material (they only use mesh/netting). I got desperate - I called the SolaTrim company and they were able to refer me to a company Pure Solar Clean, which I ended up finding out that are the only certified installer of SolaTrim in California. I messaged Jayden who was my contact person from Pure Solar Clean. I had relayed my situation to him and the first thing Jayden said was that he could help me; I still get emotional just thinking about that; to finally find someone who just straight up says they can help you. Literally everyday I was looking at my panels, seeing what new or developing issues I was having with my SolaTrim bird guard, and feeling helpless because nobody could help me. Because we have a bad pigeon problem in our area. They immediately contacted me and scheduled a visit within a week to have my SolaTrim fixed. What was really awesome was that Pure Solar Clean company only charged me for labor and not material (ie new SolaTrim material since I had already purchased it within a year). Colbey and Jayden were the two people that came out to fix my SolaTrim. They were both professional, punctual, and they did a fantastic job! After they were done fixing my bird guard, they took pictures of what they found, and how they repaired it. And as a courtesy, they also cleaned my solar panels for free.
