From the very beginning, Ms. Ferguson has been very friendly, open, and honest about what we need to do, as a team, to improve my child's mental health. After our initial consultation, Ms. Ferguson created a treatment plan for my child. She discussed this plan with me in detail: she defined areas of concern, suggestions on how to best address these, and benchmarks for determining when goals were being achieved. My child loves the time she spends with Ms. Ferguson. I can see a marked improvement in my child's mental health in the short amount of time she's been meeting with Ms. Ferguson. In addition to meeting with my daughter, she also meets with me. She has given me the tools to become a better parent. What is more important, she strives to make real connections with her clients.
