This facility is poorly ran. The majority of staff is agency (temps) so everyday was different. One…read moreday you'd get a good nurse and tech, another day you'd get someone that had no idea what to do or how to properly treat/handle us. There are good ones (Chris). The communication was horrible. I got different information from different therapists. The therapists are very cookie cutter/institution oriented approaches. The psychiatrists were inconsistent and very fast to slap you with diagnoses. I was misdiagnosed regarding two totally separate things and quickly medicated. Not only quickly medicated, I was OVERLY medicated. They don't take the time to get to know you because they're trying so fast to get through patients. I feel that I left with different issues than I came in with and I am still recuperating from all of that, 3 months later. Hopefully I never have to go back. However, if I do, I'll do more research before choosing a place to go.

Their experience with Phillip has been the best. My oldest daughter has been through the most having to testify and have things drug out so long. To my surprise she was able to open up to Phillip and felt safe and secure with him. This is huge as she has a hard time trusting anyone even therapists. I highly recommend Covenant Counselors. Phillip sticks to court orders and keeps the best interest of the children first. His priority is the emotional and physical well being of the children and not what either side wants, which is all you can ask for in hard situations.
