On the day of my appointment, my daughter ended up staying home, so I called to see if they might be able to fit her in since I was already scheduled. Janet was so kind--she took my number, checked with Melissa (my stylist), and called me right back. They were able to accommodate us, and both my daughter and I left feeling and looking wonderful.
