If you have thick brows, I would not recommend coming here. Even though I specifically asked for just a clean-up, both visits resulted in my eyebrows being taken in far too much and made significantly thinner than I wanted. My brows are now almost unrecognizable, and I'll have to spend time growing them back out. read more

A solid threading place. The store is clean and I appreciate the sanitary measures the staff takes as they wear new gloves after each customer. Santi was patient as I explained what I wanted done and did not rush through the threading process. Definitely suggest going in on a weekday versus the weekend as it can get a bit crowded. This was my first time visiting and I felt comfortable based on the reviews. My brows were not horrible but they were not great. They were thinner than I like. I came with a full brow that I had let grow in for a couple of months. My recommendation is that they do some type of consultation or brow mapping before they start. With new clients they should be sure to ask them exactly what they want before they get started. She did my right eyebrow first, trimming and all, then handed me the mirror to make sure I liked it. Then after I said yes, she did my left eyebrow. Came in (without an appointment) for an eyelash lift and tint and I was very pleased!! The staff was very kind and welcoming. I am about 5 weeks post-appt and my lashes are still very lifted and haven't had to crimp them since. My tint didn't stay super dark (as expected on my blonde lashes) so I went back for a re-tint about 3 weeks after my initial appointment. Will visit again soon! read more

It's shaped exactly the way I wanted it. The prices are pretty reasonable as well and they have bundle prices as well if you want to more than one thing done. The "stylist" (I forgot to get her name) was very polite and conversational as well. Also, they're making sure it's safe for everyone, they wear masks but they do leave it up to the customer if they want to wear a mask. I cannot recommend this place enough. The business was very busy the day that I went and the owner had a steady stream of patrons coming in for threading services. I immediately took note of what appeared to be large amount of regulars, and this demonstrated to me her customers' loyalty. When I went in, we were very much still in the thick of COVID-19 restrictions, and I appreciated the owner's attention to sanitation, as well as the distancing of the chairs in the waiting area. This was my first visit so I explained that I prefer to keep my eyebrows very natural-looking and I really only wanted them to be cleaned up. I also asked that she not cut them with scissors. I've been here like 6 times and all times have been good. I just left (mind you i drove from VA) and i hate my eyebrows! They're uneven, one is thicker than the other, and one is shorter! I have steak here, so typically it's a little harder to mess up because I have so much hair. But some how she managed to do that. I am very upset and very unsatisfied. I wasted my time and money. When she gave me the mirror, I said they are an even, one is shorter, and there's a slit in my eyebrow. Her response was that one eyebrow had more hair than the other. That's a lie and there's no reason for a slit in my eyebrows. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. read more
