To make things worse when Hannah, my "massage therapist", was "massaging" my feet, something felt odd, she was doing it with one hand which led me to look down and she was ON HER PHONE with one hand while she "massaged" my foot with the other. The "massage" was uneven, odd, and not relaxing. This was a waste of my hard earned money. My feet still hurt after leaving this place. Why was this place trending on Groupon? I don't know. She knew I saw her on the phone and she still offered me a membership and dared to ask me for referrals. The only reason I didn't talk to the manager was because there was a child in the front office and I also needed to get out of there.

He gave me the most amazing 90 minute massage I ever had ( and I have had many ) After he finished I felt so relaxed and light as a feather. This feeling stayed with me for the next two days. I have a lot of discomfort from tension and knots in my upper body ( back, shoulders, neck..) Nick is kind and personable as well as an awesome massage therapist . Cupping was quite interesting- thankfully my husband had it done before me so I knew what to expect, but she still walked me through the process of what it will feel like, the purpose and how to maintain results after it was finished. Seems there's a problem and the teachers don't know when to show up or what they're teaching. They're changing the schedule and although there's a schedule online, that's very clear, the teachers don't seem to be aware of it. We show up for the classes and the instructors don't. One instructor always shows up 10 minutes late. I've spoken to other people who take our classes regularly and this one instructor is always late. One instructor, Katie, is great! She shows up early, she's prepared for her class. She instructions really well and she gives very clear instructions. The instructor that shows up late, her name is Angie. She's enthusiastic and a good teacher, but being chronically late is really wrong. Instructors need to show up early and be there before the class starts. Not walk in after the class should've started and first get set up. And today the third instructor didn't even know that she had a class to teach. She showed up for a class that doesn't exist anymore and then didn't show up for the class that does exist. Sadly, those of us showed up for class and had to keep going up to the front counter to find out what was going on. And no point did anyone come into the class and explain that there was a confusion on the instructors end and there would be no class, we all had to keep going up to the front desk. 20 minutes after the class should have started after asking the manager she said no there is no class today due to the confusion. But again, no one bothered to come into the room until all of us waiting around for a class to start that it wasn't happening today. One of the class members said she's looking for a new gym. I know I'm switching gyms.
