As an employee at Studio Rejuvenate I'm very confused by Glenda L. review. I've been with the studio over a year, and during my employment I have NEVER had a client "walk out the back door to take a phone call " nor has "several clients had to call me and wait for me to show up". We are open Monday Thur Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm. NEVER has anyone had to "drop off paperwork". You fill paperwork out before your session. Sometimes we do lock the door if all the therapist are in session and our administrative assistant is running errands or is gone for the day. It is for our SAFETY and the SAFETY of our clients. ALL of our clients prefer it that way. We do offer insurance as a payment method, but unfortunately ONLY ONE client uses this method and that person is a dear and close friend that visits regularly. The city of Greer had a water line break a year ago, but it was only one day and the clients we had for that day understood it was out of our control. No Glenda L. visited that day and why did she wait a year to write a review over this. I would like to offer Glenda L. a free massage from me to make up for her "bad experience". I will personally pay for her massage out of my own pocket. Unfortunately many clients have been harassed by the business owner next door over parking. They like to set off their car alarms during your massage. It's sad to say that as a small business owner in this economy that we have to deal with this childish and immature behavior. It's clear to me that this is just another way of retaliation over parking spaces. Please come visit us at Studio Rejuvenate and experience the best massage ever. WOW....I don't know who "Glenda L" is...but her profile states she doesn't have any friends...no surprise there. Her review was based on sheer anger in my opinion. Her comment, "Several of us have shown up for an appointment and no one be there." to me is proof positive because rarely would "several people" show up for a massage at the same time. The appointments are carefully staggered so you have the best experience. Glenda L spent a lot of time apparently watching from her perch above the parking lot, and coming to a great many conclusions about a business she has never patronized! Studio Rejuvenate is a relaxing atmosphere with technicians of great professional ethics, and a excellent care! I have been an SR client for over 9 months now, going just about every week, and I have never found a bug, never smelled smoke, saw no garbage, nor did I ever witness any untoward behavior in any of the good folks at this establishment. I am shocked at the accusations listed here, and can only assume they are more about revenge then the truth! Paperwork is completed inside at your appointment each week. I have never been locked out, and the receptionist is always at the front desk with a pleasant smile and demeanor. This Glenda L. has not given a fair assessment of this fine business. I hope folks will not just take her word for it, but come over to SR and give it a try. I have been to many massage therapists and establishments, but this by far the best in the Greenville/Greer area. read more

Unfortunately, nobody can rely on becoming content with things of the world. Nor can we have peace when situations don't work out under our control. How we handle adversity and personal attacks against us will determine the quality of our lives with what time we have left. Heaven is for eternity -our life on this earth is just for a very breif moment comapred to an eternal life. Life is way too short to wallow in injustices of others. Revenge, spite, rage, anger, control and holding grudges are just a few of the negative things that consume our lives. We can make a choice to not allow the negative things in life take control over our emotions by stealing our joy, love, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness and self control. BEST PLACE FOR the excellent deals! and for a wonderful,relaxing,quiet,peaceful environment. ALL of the staff is very educated in their profession and polite and courteous to everyone that comes in the door! The building is neat,clean,organized and always smells amazing with the essential oils, sweet orange is my favorite! My daughter got me a mother;s day massage gift her with Hannah.She is a wonderful,beautiful, charming,sweet young lady who really knows what she is talking about! not many people her age have so much going for them! very smart woman! the receptionist is very great at her job and all the other employees are friendly, smart,caring people! I am part of the massage lovers club and frequent the studio. I had hip surgery not long ago and along with physical therapy, my massages from Studio Rejuvenate have been the most successful way to help get my mobility back. Hannah was very knowledgable about certain areas to massage to help break up scar tissue and remove fluid and swelling. I have been very happy with how accomidating the staff has been to fit me in. I have been a customer for two years. The review by Glenda L. did not come from this facility. This place has two bathrooms , upstairs and downstairs. I usually get 9:30 am or 10:30 am appointments. The massage lover's club gets you a massage at half the price of Massage Envy. I work out five days a week and it takes some muscles to hit key spots on my back.
