When I spoke to the manager, they insisted no one was available for a full cut and falsely claimed I had only booked a trim--which they could not even prove or confirm in their system.I picked my dog up 30 minutes later, and he looked exactly the same as when I dropped him off. He received a bath, but he was absolutely NOT trimmed or cut. Charging me $63 for a completely unfulfilled service is unacceptable. The manager completely failed to remedy the situation or take accountability for their scheduling error. This location is now highly unorganized and unprofessional.
