The employee at the pure barre told my wife that it's fine and that they would not charge her until she came back. My wife noticed last month a charge on our account that was from pure barre and then began to look back at bank statements and found they had been charging her for a few months. She reached out and was told they would look into it but would not refund because of miscommunication from their employee, aka their employee lied to my wife. We have not heard back and are upset that the employee lied about not charging us until she came in. We never received any communication that they would be charging us again or we would of went and talked with them as my wife has not been able to attend from the complications and then healing afterwards. This place lies and we would not recommend now to anyone and will let everyone know about this.

Kind, open and patient are just a few attributes she exhibits. I participated in the stroller barre class. The instructor made it fun, and inviting. I wasn't really paying attention that I was actually working out. Truly focusing on isometric movements, during different elevations, scenery changes, and even difficulty levels for individuals. This is the workout class that I didn't know I needed. From ice breaker warm ups to the cool down session it was fun and inclusive, even for introverted self. I'm in relative good shape for a women with 2 kids over 35, so I thought. The next morning when I woke up I was sore in all the right places from my shoulders to my rear and that's how I knew I had completed a good workout. If you just want a social hang, you can do that, the work out is what you make it. But I am very disappointed by the business side of Fit4mom. My family had to relocate 5-6 days after I had bought the membership and I had not had a chance to use it before I had to cancel. I was hoping that Bethany would be able to help me transfer credits to the location closest to my new home but was told that wasn't an option, also that a complete refund was unavailable as well, and that it wasn't up to her. I was given a number to corporate to discuss those options with them. Only to find out from corporate that Bethany in fact WAS the one in charge of this decision. I feel that Bethany was deceptive and could have worked something out with me and choose not to. I feel that you would be off spending money to a more established gym company, as neither the franchise owners nor corporate seem to offer good customer services. My main goal was not to receive a refund but to transfer my brand new membership from one location to another as I really did love the class. I was given this message from corporate "If you bought a membership at 24hr fitness, and then had to cancel the next day, they would not refund your money either." My answer to that is "Maybe so, but if I bought a membership to 24hr fitness I could attend any location."
