So this particular yoga studio has been on my radar for a while now since it is featured on Class…read morePass. Finally I had time yesterday after work to check out a Yin restorative class! Kim was the instructor and it was a full 60 minutes of pure yoga bliss. They provide all of the yoga swag for you too which is awesome! Their mats are super sturdy and easy to clean, I love having that as an option on days when I don't carry my own mat around in the car. Something here also that they provide which is fairly unique (not all studios have) are the aerial yoga SILKS! This was kind of a nice surprise to me as I did not realize we were going to be using the silks during the restorative session. You have the option to not use the silks as well. I really enjoy Yin style of yoga as it forces me to relax and stretch, two things I am getting better at doing! Kim was very laid back and made the session fun. At the end we did a savasana / rest in the silks which was absolutely divine. You get to swing in the silks too during the meditation part of the class. Overall this was probably one of the best if not THE BEST Yin that I've ever been to! It really set the tone for the rest of my evening and I woke up feeling so refreshed. Cannot wait to go back.

What an amazing Pilates studio in community! I started going to classes about a week ago, and I've…read moreloved every single second in the studio! It's located on the second floor of a shopping complex and it is very easy to get to! There are stairs as well as an elevator. Parking is also very easy as there is a huge lot right in front. The studio has 10 reformer machines along with spring boards and mats. I really like how intimate the size of the studio is, as it allows for great community building and personalized instruction. There's also little cubbies to put personal belongings in the check-in room. There is one bathroom that is fantastic and always so clean. They also have a rack of clothes, accessories, and other items for sale. Classes range from 6 AM to late evening evenings, and are daily, including Saturday and Sundays. I think I've attended eight classes so far, including the stretch and flexibility, beginner Pilates, intermediate, Pilates, and jump board Pilates. All of them have been fantastic! Some of them also turned into semi privates because nobody else had signed up for the group session. I really enjoyed the intermediate Pilates with Amber! She is super patient, kind, and motivating! And she pushed me to challenge myself. I also really enjoyed my stretch and flexibility class with Lexi, as she was willing to target specific areas, such as back stretching, since I was the only one in the class! I also really enjoyed her jump board class, as it was something super new and intense but very rewarding at the end! She has been so sweet and motivating! Overall, the instructors have been so welcoming, and I really appreciate that they greet everyone by first name when they walk in the door! All of the attendees are also really nice! I am excited to try more classes from the other instructors as well, as I've heard only positive things about them and their classes!!

Very disappointing…read more.. My husband and I were looking into joining ProCore to get personal training or join the group workouts. The first day we came, the front desk lady was very nice and set us up to come the next day to get a tour of the center and to discuss options. We met with the owner and talked with him for about an hour and a half going through an assessment of what we are looking for and what our fitness goals are. It was nice to have a trainer actually do this as we hadn't experienced that from the past personal training gym we were going to! This was a plus to us. He told us we could text him to set up a time to try out the group workouts for free. We texted him the next day and told him what days we could do, he let us know a lady (I'm assuming a trainer) would be contacting us to set that up. He also asked my husband if he could personally set something up with him one on one to get some training sessions started with him. He asked when would be a good time for him to call my husband, my husband let him know, but he never called nor contacted us to reschedule. Also, the lady that was suppose to call us to set up the group sessions never called either. Obviously they don't need new clients who care to join their gym so we decided we are going to continue searching for a good personal training gym in our area. Very disappointing as it looked like a cool gym, but when the owner/trainer can't even give us a call when they said they would, it tells us something. Worst thing is we haven't heard from them since!

Even if there was a misunderstanding, they changed the card used when I closed my checking account, also without telling me and continued charging me. My daughter wanted to go back this summer and that is the only way I found out. I talked to the owner and she did not help me recuperate any of it. She said it was my problem.
