Lance does not need much prompting, he will talk your ear off about water treatment. Turns out we have a good pump, a good pressure vessel, but an inadequate pre-filter. Lance explained that a higher capacity pre-filter was needed to clean up the system. He quoted a price and I said "OK." Dan came out the next week and did the install in about 2 hours. The system puked up iron for a few days, then leveled off. Just like Lance said it would. The noise is gone and the water runs clear. Next I'm going to have them install a filter under the kitchen sink so we can get rid of the water cooler in the corner.

Terrible experiences with Aqua Blue Water! Avoid this company at all cost!…read moreI started to order water bottles from them in October 2024. I noticed the water blocked up my coffee machine with fine residue. After cleaning up my machine and close examination, I think they are fine plastic debris. I called them to pick up the empties and 4 full water bottles and canceled the business with Aqua Blue Water. After many phone calls and 3 times that they failed to come, they finally picked them up in February 2025. As of today almost July 1, they still not returned my deposit plus refund 4 full water bottles. I tried to call many times asking for the final invoice which should be in negative amount, showing that the company owes me money but they can't provide it. Instead they sent me an old invoice saying that wasn't paid. It shows that the Mariah Holdings Inc. who does the bookkeeping for Aqua Blue Water is very incompetent. Avoid the headache from the accounting and poor quality water from Aqua Blue Water at all cost!
