And since the next day was water delivery day for our town, he was able to deliver it the next day. Additionally, I was searching for a new water system, and he had an open box unit; he was able to sell it to me at a reasonable price. He also arranged for the unit to be delivered with the water. i'll admit they aren't the worst. i had a water company that didnt clean out their old bottles very…read morewell and that was nasty. they do give good water, and they come on their scheduled time. that being said - they increase their price every other month, i'm used to getting letters saying they are increasing the charge for x. their site is very hard to use. and it's nearly impossible to update ship date. many times i wanted to move the date closer (which is only good for them because i'm buying more products quicker) but 90% of the time all the dates are blacked out, or they want to charge like $12 for this. and i see the trucks all over my area, it's not like they're not already coming to my area. i think their software is so outdated that they just dont know how to handle these changes. for the amount of money i was spending on water (currently would have been over $1,200/year! i expected more accommodation. so in summary - not the worst water company, the water itself is good, delivery was good, but the prices are getting completely out of hand and very hard to work with if you need any kind of revision

It's the business itself that is atrocious. I think they must recruit top management from people who got fired from the DMV. Simply dreadful. It didn't used to be this way. Many months ago the service was fine, then their management seemed to abruptly go off the rails. Perhaps the company changed ownership. We couldn't reach them for months to adjust the account. Finally, after about a year or more, they again answer and the call center people are nice, but the business policies are infuriating. If I could find another water delivery company I'd do it today. We've had so much trouble with them that I've sworn to defame them at every opportunity. The current problem is that evidently, the only way you can order is to get is a fixed number of bottles per month regardless of how many you already have. That is, unless you go online and change your order. Which is idiocy--why can't they just replace the empties? We now have 10 5g bottles with more to come next week. So why not change it? Because you can't modify an order if there is a billing problem, and it's impossible to fix a billing problem when there isn't one. No payments have ever been declined. The card is fine. (I'm looking at it on the bank site and ReadyRefresh right now.) The call center person agrees. So I put in a new card. Yet I still can't change the order because it still thinks there's a problem and nobody is authorized to fix it. So I've been on with them for hours and had to upload a new card. But they still decline to let me change the orders because of the non-existent billing problem on the old card. So I'll spend a good part of the afternoon on problems entirely of their making. Their management truly could not care less about the customers.

This is the worst place. I ordered a special jug for my water over two years ago. Every time I ask…read moreabout it there is some song or dance. Then I've been receiving two bottles of water every couple of weeks for that period of time. The last time I called was given a hassle about only ordering two for delivery. I live less than a .25 miles away. When you order the water you can almost never pay at the same time... and it's multiple calls back and forth because the owner is the only one who can take a payment. They often call during my work day and I'm usually very busy. The last time returning their call must have slipped my mind and I neglected to pay. Meanwhile during that time they never called again or sent me any kind of notice. When I went to reorder today they took my order, then called back and told me they no longer wanted to deliver to me because I didn't pay. The amount I owed was around $12. Offered to pay then and there for both orders and was told that wasn't possible. When I tried to explain I've been a customer for over two years they try to tell me I never pay. Lies! When I said that wasn't the case and people make mistakes... still no delivery. If you even question the owner he starts getting angry. Kept on ordering from them because they deliver but the toxic energy of the owner isn't worth it. STAY AWAY!
