i'll admit they aren't the worst. i had a water company that didnt clean out their old bottles very well and that was nasty. they do give good water, and they come on their scheduled time. that being said - they increase their price every other month, i'm used to getting letters saying they are increasing the charge for x. their site is very hard to use. and it's nearly impossible to update ship date. many times i wanted to move the date closer (which is only good for them because i'm buying more products quicker) but 90% of the time all the dates are blacked out, or they want to charge like $12 for this. and i see the trucks all over my area, it's not like they're not already coming to my area. i think their software is so outdated that they just dont know how to handle these changes. for the amount of money i was spending on water (currently would have been over $1,200/year! i expected more accommodation. so in summary - not the worst water company, the water itself is good, delivery was good, but the prices are getting completely out of hand and very hard to work with if you need any kind of revision read more

Ready Refresh is the worst. If there was a minus star. That s what I'll give. Total bait and switch when I was introduced to the program at BJs. I called and waited on the phone for over an hour and the agreement that was made by the Customer service was not upheld or even written down. Billed me some incorrect amount again I called again, waited 45 mins. Transferred and waited another 20 mins. Told them to please close my account. Come pick up their machine and give me a final bill. I paid the final bill and asked them again to cancel my account. They deactivated it instead and billed me again for the coming month. They charged me for my order. It was supposed to delivered on a Thursday. They said delivered failed Thursday 6pm because "no one was there". I live in a building with a 24/7 doorman AND 24/7 front desk concierge. I asked them about it and they both said no one showed up for delivery. Then it was rescheduled to the following Saturday. The service is absolutely horrible. Primo merged with Ready Refresh by Nestle of which I have been a customer for 20 years. While I have experienced a few issues in the past nothing comes close to this past month. I was expecting a delivery last month, mid July. My order was rescheduled 6 times from July right back to August. As of now, I still have not received my order because it was rescheduled. Nobody called me. I had to do the calling and go back and forth with them. The escalation supervisor that I spoke to reached out to my branch and told me they were backlogged 9000 customers. He managed to get them escalate my order and commit to a delivery date. Once again, it was rescheduled even though I received text notification that my order was out for delivery. I'm done. I discontinued my service after 20 years. I am not valued as a long time customer. They don't care about losing me when they have 9000+ customers. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Ever since Primo Brands took over ReadyRefresh the service has gone from acceptable to terrible. After reading some reviews I can say I am happy that there has been no problem with the actual water but getting the water has been ridiculous. Multiple rescheduling,. falsely reported deliveries and the latest was dumping three five gallon bottles in the building lobby in front of the mail boxes instead of delivering to my floor. Of course, they did not pick up the empties. An inquiry to customer service was given a response that there was no request to pick up the empties. I am also startled to see that Primo Brands has taken over for many routes including Costo Water delivery. HORRIBLE AND FRAUDULENT. Avoid at all costs!!!! OMG the absolute worst mistake of my life. The first few months of delivery went fine, and then THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY (in addition to missed deliveries, deliveries left outside front door which of course got stolen, etc.). I was charged multiple times for "missed payment" ($80 per charge) even though I had an Autopay set up with an Amex card that literally had a problem in my entire life. I called to protest the charge and of course went nowhere. I CANCELLED my account multiple times and finally it went through after the third try, but 3 months later they are chasing me for ANOTHER MISSED PAYMENT, plus $40 late fee. Delivery person would leave water in the hall outside the office door despite clear instruction on multiple occasions not to do so as this is now allowed in our building, even when the door was open and/or people were present to let him in. They have not gotten a single thing right with my account since the merger with Primo. Two out of my last three deliveries were scheduled deliveries that are confirmed a couple days before that just vanished into thin air and never showed up. For the other of my last three deliveries, they delivered me two bottles instead of the five I ordered with no explanation. And the only way to have your complaint heard is to call customer service and wait on the line, which for me has ranged between 45 minutes and 2 hours. Last issue I had I literally spent over four hours on the phone over two days trying to get help and eventually just asked them to close my account. There is no point to even having the account if they don't bring your scheduled deliveries and your only option when they don't is to wait an hour+ for customer service, and you still won't get your water. We'll see if they can even do that right. I'm having trouble understanding how this company is making any money if they aren't actually delivering water. Just complete incompetence for several months with no sign of any improvement. And clearly from the other reviews it's not just me. read more

This is the worst company ever! The drivers do not respect the delivery schedule causing much frustration and loss of time waiting. If you live in an apartment, forget it! The management is incompetent and the drivers are rude, and do not care. I was told the delivery of Poland Spring would arrive at a particular time and on what day. On several occasions, they cancel the last minute. At times, the gallon jugs were leaking and liter and a half bottles were smashed in. They have also gotten the order wrong. They are price gouging customers. The product is not worth it. I will be getting an under the sink water filtration installed. What with the cost of the water and delivery prices going up, it will balance itself out. And besides all that plastic is often attributed to causing cancer! Horrible Service!!!!!! During the fall, winter and spring they always come on time, but during summer (when the water is much needed) forget about drinking it! Last week the Driver showed up at my Company, when I went downstairs to take the delivery, the Driver just left on me. He saw me, I called the company and was told that he may come back later on, he didn't. I had to wait another 2 days for the next delivery which never happened. When I contacted them I was assured that my next delivery (3rd one) will be for sure in the next 2 days and I was offered a reward of 2 free extra bottles. The delivery was supposed to arrive today and when I called them I found out that we got pushed back for another day!!!!! I'm so so so much S I C K with this freaken scammers.
