I've had allergic reactions in the past and ended up with red eyes for the first couple days, but I'm about 2 hours post lashes and my eyes feel great! On a super random note, I tend to break out easily, so I appreciated the tissue on my forehead so her hand wouldn't touch my sensitive skin. When I reached out to her about it, the response was very rude, and I was told she would not fix them. Honestly, all that needed to happen was a simple gesture, such as offering not to charge me for a full set next time or something simple. Their prices are already on the higher side, and although I knew I was paying more than most places, I continued going because I valued the relationship and liked their work. The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service. I will not be returning. Overpriced services with very poor customer care.

I recently got my brows done for the first time by Tracy and chose nanoblade since I heard microblade hurts more and has more needles involved. The studio was really clean, stylish, and even had a little snack cart. Restroom is around the corner. Parking also easy to find. Because it was my first time getting my brows shaped, I didn't exactly know what to expect and mostly went with Tracy's recommendations. After the first session, my brows came out thinner than I imagined, and the shape had more of an arch than I was used to which made me feel a little unsure at first. But I reminded myself to trust the process and decided to go through with the 4-6 week touch-up. I'm glad I did. My brows came out thicker and more aligned with what I had envisioned. Tracy explained that brows are meant to be done in two steps, and now that I've gone through it, I understand the process a lot better and feel more confident about the results. I just got my second session done two days ago, so my brows haven't fully healed or settled yet, but I already feel good about how they're going to look. Based on how the first session healed and how the shape has been refined, I know they'll fade beautifully. I won't need to come back for another 1-2 years, which is super convenient. Overall, I'm really happy I followed through with both sessions and now have brows that feel like me! read more

You either hear stories of botched face tattoos or you're bombarded by marketing ads where people are paid to make it sound magical. How do you pick a place you can trust? After doing extensive research, I booked an appointment through Soft Arch Studios' user-friendly website. I received an email confirming my appointment along with instructions to follow prior to my appointment. They even sent me a calendar invite with the time and address making it super convenient for those of us busy worker bees. Now on to the artist. Anh radiates positive energy! She is not just a talented and very detailed artist but also a patient and understanding person. Anh texted me her recommendations after she took her time to explain the difference between the various types of brows one can get. She took her time to educate me on all the necessary steps and asked what OUR goals were. She understands while she is the artist, you are the customer, and it takes teamwork to get the best brows for you. She gave me the cutest aftercare packet and follow up text reminders. I am so happy with my nano brows!

1. Not hygiene. I believe they didn't clean their tools, and the bed is not clean either. They…read moredidn't use the disposable liner. 2. Use wrong lashes, even I have told them 3 times which lash I want. After first visit, I asked if they have the lash I want, they showed me, so I confirm they have that kind of lash. Therefore, I make the second appointment, and told them again I want that lashes, they agreed. However, they used the wrong one. I texted the business owner and let her know this situation, I'm thankful she was nice to offer a free extension next time. I thought she would inform her employees. The third time (for free) I went, I make sure telling the girl I want that lashes. GUESS WHAT, they used the WRONG ONE AGAIN. After an hour I left, the business owner texted me to ask me to pay! WTH?! Isn't that you agree for free? Then I had to reminds her and I told her they used the wrong lashes again. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY FROM ANY OF THEM. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. Apparently, she didn't communicate with her employees, doesn't have any standard hygiene concept in store and doesn't care to retain customer. I'm so fed up, I gave them chances, but they are not worthy.
