When you leave after getting your brows done and you say, this isn't how I thought they would be and they say, you have to wait a few months, you'll love them. After you wait a few months, you call and say, this isn't how I wanted my brows and they say, you haven't waited long enough they are still healing. When you wait months and you contact them and say my brows are all wrong but need to come in for the follow up but want to come in to see the owner. You go in, the owner tries to fix things, sends you home and says wait a few months. When you call and say I want a refund so I can remove the ink on my brows and they say, who are you? Where do I even begin! I've been getting my brows, lips and most recently, eyeliner done by Pia at Brow House since 2019! Being in the industry as an aesthetic injector, it was very important to me to find the right artist who knows exactly what shape and pigment to choose for my face. Since this is permanent makeup, it wanted to make sure I went somewhere that specialized in just that. Although naturally I have full brows, I wanted my shape enhanced so that I didn't have to fill in the missing spots everyday. The way that Pia shapes the brows, selects the pigment, and strokes the hairs in, makes my brows frame my face so beautifully. It's been 3 years and I've only got them touched up once (recently) since then! Next, I did lip blushing to sharpen my Cupid's bow (I had lost pigment from herpetic breakouts) and Pia nailed it with the pigment she mixed to match my lips so well and so naturally. It made my lips look fuller without any filler! Recently, Pia did my eyeliner so that it made my lash line look thicker. I absolutely love how thin she made it and selected a dark brown so that it blended in well with my dark features. I can't say enough good things about this business. Pia is a literal angel. I had skin cancer removed from my nose two years ago, followed by a skin graft with skin taken from in front of my ear and put on my nose where they removed so much skin (this was not done here.) I was not happy with my results and felt so self conscious with the scar and bumpiness that I was left with on my nose. I contacted another business close to where I live for skin color correction, and they referred me to Pia. From the consultation, to all 3 appointments, Pia was so sweet and informative with what I needed done. Since skin grafts turn white over time, I originally was just looking for color correction so it would match the rest of my nose. Once meeting with her, she suggested microneedling to help with the scar tissue first. I didn't even know this was a possibility to help smooth out the bumps left after my surgeries. Two rounds of microneedling and it is soooo much smoother and looks so much better. After that, she did the color correction, and I can't explain how thankful I am to her for how much better my nose looks. She helped my self confidence an incredible amount. On top of all that, she is just such a genuine and kind person. I felt safe trusting her with what she thought was best. And during each procedure, we talked about a lot of life events and the advice she gave on a personal level also helped me emotionally. It's hard to find a someone that really just wants to help you, but also cares about your well being. I thought all of this would be super expensive but it wasn't. I didn't feel robbed for no results like I normally do with empty promises from businesses just trying to take your money. She truly knows what she is talking about and I learned so much from her. I regretfully must share my disappointing experience with eyebrow tattooing at Browhouse Initially, we paid $700 upfront, followed by $450 for a touch-up 6 months later, only to encounter numerous issues. The color repeatedly turned grey due to their mistakes. This problem wasn't isolated; my mother faced similar issues. They attempted to rectify it once but then insisted on expensive laser removal, which failed after three attempts. This entire ordeal cost us more money and frustration. I strongly advise against choosing Browhouse for eyebrow tattooing. Both Pia and Courtney were involved in the errors, and they should take responsibility for their mistakes and provide appropriate compensation or remedies. I went to another place in Orange County and one year later they are perfect. Regardless of giving me 2 " tiny complementary touchups" you guys should have told me before that before spending big money, I'm not a candidate for eyebrow tattooing. And my mom and I both went someone else after laser tattoo... and we are back to normal, I did communicate with you guys several times even with Courtney that I wasn't gonna come back and that this was disrespectful so did my mom so you just must be blindfolded you took a leave because you had a baby and had no idea what was going on. You also were opening up a new office that was barely out. I got micro blading done with Seli. I can't speak for the other artists at this establishment as my work has only been done by Seli. A year later and I'm still unhappy with my results. I felt like she didn't really listen to my requests and in the end did what she felt looked better on me which went against what I asked for. When I'd ask her to adjust things while mapping my eyebrows during my touch up, she seemed annoyed. I am now looking to get the work removed as they now look uneven and botched. After letting them know this and going back and forth with their email box they did nothing to remove the charge nor apologize for the error. I went in to Pia for eyebrow microblading. I was unhappy right away when I got home and saw myself with a three way mirror. I saw that they were uneven (one thicker, pointing down and shorter, and the other one thinner, straight and longer). After a back and forth over text, she sternly insisted I waited for them to heal before I judged the final result, in no way the notion that I could possibly be right entered the picture. Almost a month has passed and after the natural peeling and healing, the shapes are what I noticed and disliked to begin with. I now plan to have tattoo laser removal to try to fix the issues. My recommendation is, if you go to any tatto microblader, don't only only look at the eyebrows front face with a hand mirror or wall mirror, you need a three way mirror so you can see the eyebrow 'tails' and thickness and make sure they are to your liking before you offer and opinion. My opinion is, anyone can have an off-day, no matter how much they think they are perfect and infallible. read more

Ava from brow house did my brows and it was AMAZING. She is efficient, quick, talented, friendly, sweet and overall an amazing human being. She used a tinted string to mark my face in a very technical manner. Once completed she penciled in my brows. I was apprehensive because not a single makeup artist in the past has been able to do my brows the way I like them. ava WAS THE EXCEPTION! I absolutely loved how she penciled them in. nice, thick (but not too thick), symmetrical, just perfect! we got along splendidly and were talking very animatedly the whole time as she was microblading. The initial apprehension returned and I started to fret. What if she wasn't able to talk and microblade simultaneously? I worried for naught. Once she was done I peered into the mirror and LOVED THE RESULTS. Hollie is fabulous!!! I'm a 30 year old that over-plucked her brows in middle school when that was cool to do, and they have been sparse the entirety of my adult life. My first appointment, I had a little blemish in my eyebrow that Hollie worked around. Ultimately, we got about 50% of the way given this obstacle, which left me a little underwhelmed because 2 other girlfriends went and LOOKED AMAZING after session 1, so my expectations superseded where my brow-blemish allowed for that day. At my 6 week touch up, Hollie addressed that immediately - she knew I wasn't totally thrilled after the first session and she quelled my concerns that she would get me to 100%.
