The staff there is pleasant, helpful, while the nursery has a healthy selection of trees and shrubs. Recently Columbia Nursery farmed out a landscaping job for us to another company as they were booked up for this season. The owner that arrived from Landscape Pros was unpleasant, unprofessional, pushy, and did a terrible job that ill need fixed by someone else. We will continue to use Columbia Nursery, but I'm a little jaded now.

What is so unsettling is I received my flowers Wednesday late afternoon and by Sunday they were basically dead, and spending $100-$150 on arrangement. I think they should last a little longer than 3 to 4 days. On Monday, my friend and I walked into the store and I had photos of my flowers and they basically said sorry 3 to 4 days is the life expectancy of the flowers. I've gone to numerous flowers shops and have received numerous flower arrangements and they last one to two weeks no problem . They were not friendly. They did not do anything for me or give me a credit or anything and I think that's so unsettling, will not do business there any longer and neither will any of my friends that all live in Whitefish! All the other nursery's stand behind their trees if they die. Four Seasons Nursey said they have a 1 year warranty, only if they plant them, but once the tree leaves the place, they do not stand behind what they say. Read the other peoples reviews who are also unhappy with them. I paid $300-$400 per tree. They do not honor their word once the sale is done. I will never do business here again.
