They did fix the problem but the mechanics weren't put back just so and I couldn't get my key out. We called and they had us bring it back. They fixed it in no time for no charge and had me back on the road pronto. Derek is very friendly and easy to talk to as well as quick to find the problem. I will continue to use them as needed. They stay extremely busy but he usually works ya in quickly!

I bought a set of tires Cooper Discovery over $1000 from here. This set of tires didn't last long,…read moreand I was told it was due to bad parts. I replaced all the parts and put another set of tires, Cooper Discovery, yet again over $1000. Plus, this time, I had them do an alignment as well. It has been 7 months since I had my work done and the inside of my front tires are bald. We came outside and had a flat, which is the only reason we found out about this . My back tires look brand new, and so do the front tires other than the very inside edge. It obviously has been a problem for a while and I did not know because I was not checking my tires due to I was trusting their work. I took my car back to them and I was told they only do a 90 Warranty. So if you get anything done here, you better check behind them regularly.

Even though they didn't fill the tractor hydraulic fluid back to operational level I was still charged for it. I would just have to eat the cost for them not doing there job. I fixed my tractor that they said couldn't not be fixed by adding the right amount of hydraulic fluid. Go to Ramey motors at your own risk. Zero star ratings!
