It's now been 7 months and between the starter classes, personal training and now the regular classes, I've made tremendous strides. My doctors are exceptionally happy with my progress in what tends to be a very long and difficult rehabilitation period. Five months ago I couldn't run 200 meters without walking and now, I can run one mile continuously (and lift more than just the bar). After reading his profile I knew he would be perfect to get me back in shape after being a couch potato for the past 5 years and just shy of my 50th birthday. I was right, I just completed two months of training with Lee....I feel better and look better! After a few sessions it felt as though I was working out with a friend ! Lee is very personable and great at what he does and knows how to push you without injuring you. He is always concerned about how you are doing during the workout and will adjust the workout accordingly- this isn't to say he lets you run the show....he just wants you to get there with out the injury and without dreading coming back to the gym. Charles has been my personal trainer for 6-8 months. The first time I went to see him, I had no…read moreidea that I was in such terrible shape. But Charles has changed all of that. He isn't into fancy "new" techniques. With Charles, it's the basics ... running stairs, hitting the treadmill, and weights. But it works! My cardiovascular endurance has increased dramatically, my stregth has improved, and I've even dropped a couple of inches! If I would eat the way Charles wants me to (he gives you a guide and then requests that you record all of your meals for his review once per week), I would probably be even thinner. But that's my fault, not his. You can see from all of my yelping that I'm not exactly seeking out the most healthy restaurants in the country. Oops. :) I work out with Charles in the gym at the Marsh building but I know he meets clients at other gyms and in their homes, dependant upon his schedule, etc. I can also say that Charles really lives by his mantra "no more excuses". Even though I travel for business, Charles finds a way to work in 2-3 workouts with him per week ... whether it's before work. after work, or weekends. For some of his other clients, I think he's on a more regular schedule. But it sure is nice to have that flexibility for those of us who need it. Finally, let me speak for a minute on value. 3 hours/week with Charles does not cost nearly as much as with some other trendy gyms around town. I can't believe I pay the man to make me sweat and ache the way he does but seriously, it's clearly worth every cent!

I love the FASTer Way! I've tried many diet programs throughout the years and this feels nothing…read morelike so many of those. I get to eat a lot! Initially, I thought I'd have more issues with the Intermittent Fasting part of the program, but have found that the schedule is easy to follow and because I am eating so much healthy food throughout the day I am rarely if ever hungry. The workouts are fun and challenging with constant variety so you never get bored doing the same things over and over. One of my favorite things about the program is the idea of "progress over perfection", celebrating your wins and the community support. Dawn is an amazing coach too!- Knowledgeable, encouraging, available to answer questions and provide support in what ever way she can. Overall I am so happy I've joined. When I…read morevisited the studio in 2018 I was sold a month to month membership I was told that I could freeze my membership if needed at no additional cost. Last August I requested a freeze for September since I was traveling for business and and would not be able to take advantage of my sessions. The representative at the East Cobb location indicated that would be no issue. I checked my credit card statement the following month and I was charged by Motion Stretch. I called the studio and it was escalated to a regional manager I had proposed waiving my October payment and that would put me back on regular schedule. Long story short my request was denied. I was offered 2 free sessions that could be utilized within 1 year . I tried to redeem a session today and was denied and told because I had cancelled my membership the sessions were not valid. I sent a copy of the free sessions and was told i had used them. I checked my records again and I have not used the sessions. This company has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT EVEN STAND BY THE REMEDY THEY provide. In a day and time where there are literally massage studios in e very shopping center I will no longer be a customer of this business !!!! So if you want to wait past your scheduled appointment and have your time cut off early and get charged for sessions you do not use I recommend visiting motion stretch
