By accident, I found Brothers Motorsports and wow.....possibly the best service and most reasonable prices I've EVER had!!!! They take your business seriously, really like what they do and are ALWAYS able to repair and keep up the maintenance on our vehicles. We will never go anywhere else. It's hard to find good customer service anymore.....YOu won't be disappointed!!!!!

Picked up the 1st bike and they were allowing staff to "pull up wheely's" in the parking lot on the bike, but had to jump the 7 times between Grafton and Elyria to get it home. 2nd bike had to be towed. Called and had 3 different conversations that were nothing but lies and attempts to talk over what an invoice clearly reflected. They did offer to make it right; by paying them more money to fix bikes that they couldn't fix after 6 weeks. Offered $50 returned money even though $275 paid over what the actual invoice says should've been paid.

I trailered my not running bike to their shop. I had called them a few times trying to get a feel…read morefor a finish date. Each time I called they said they were working it but still hadn't figured it out. I was getting nervous about the cost I was racking up. A day or two later they called and told me it was finished. $160 later I could pick my perfectly running bike up. Overall I am VERY pleased with their mechanics as well as their customer service. All easy going guys looking to help you out (not steal your money), a rarity to get best of both worlds. I will DEFINITELY be using their services for any other work I might need done!
