Only thing I would say is the emergency vet is based in Southend which is quite far from us so relocation of the emergency services would be so much better for local people.

She receives first class attention and lots of exercise and loves the company of the other dogs. The service is very reliable and flexible and reasonably priced. My dog also stays overnight when I have to make overseas trips. I would not hesitate to recommend the service.

We recently went abroad for two weeks leaving all the animals under paws n pets' care, when we returned it was a lot earlier in the day than previously planned, yet the cats were happy and clean, the rabbit's cage was beautifully clean and our puppy seemed very disappointed to leave when collection time came, even the tortoises were lively and clean. Pet's n purrs will always try to accommodate for all animals individual needs and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have already booked them for my next break away and will be returning on a regular basis in the future as they are easy, thorough and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you want to go away without the worry of how the pets are back at home, I can now go away in the future and not even have to worry how my pets are because they will be having a little holiday of there own with Paws n Pets.

I have been trying to make an appointment for sometime but work full time so have to fit it round my work. I booked this appointment because I have the day off. I can't get an appointment at the weekend because it isn't open. I can't get an appointment before 9.30 because although it opens at 9 "he doesn't come in until 9.30". I can't get an appoinment at 11 "because he operates then". I couldn't get an appointment at 5pm on a Tuesday "because he's finishing early". What appalling service.

They made sure we were fully updated at all times, and kept in contact after they sent her home. We have been to lots of vets over the years and must say that the customer service there is great and we will be moving all our pets into their care from now now.

Very poor service received at this branch. Sadly had to have…read moremy elderly cat put to sleep, which was upsetting enough. After waiting a whole month, contacted them, to be told they had left me a voicemail (they didnt) waiting on a decision. I informed them I had made the decisions on the day & paid for a individual cremation & paw print. When they checked my details, they confirmed I had. So, another 2 week wait as they had not done anything with my beloved pet, so 2 weeks later I called again - again, claimed to have left voicemail (they didnt) & said ashes & paw print had been ready for over a week to collect?? Upon collection, ashes had been placed in a sealed plastic bag, in a box, not in a scatter tube, which is what I asked for & paid for. They really do not seem to know what they are doing, no communication obviously between the staff team & do not appreciate being 'fobbed off' with claims of phone calls/voicemails that never happened. Made a very upsetting time even worse. Would never recommend them & would never use them again.
