We knew what we wanted and tried to complete paperwork and the salesman constantly tried to upsell items after we continually said no. They then told us they could get it in a few days, then it was a few weeks. Then we had to jump through hoops to get the financing completed without actually having possession of the car. Next up we had to deal with all the title issues because we are from a neighboring state. We have had to go up there repeatedly to sign documents and get temp plates since their incompetence held up the title. No sorry, not even once. I hope Toyota looks into this pathetic franchise.

I told him that wasn't in the budget at which point he begins to try to pressure me by saying how the newer car won't have any problems and the one we bought is already having issues.
