If your looking for a Florist that will rip you off, yell at you, accuse you of persecuting them, incessantly LIE to you repeatedly (20 m NOT 1 hr on the phone, wrong vase size and color, wrong ribbon color, insufficient amount of roses, the audacity in overcharging us for delivery $15 instead of $12 for LOCAL delivery) NOT deliver the custom flower bouquet you paid for, pull a bait n switch on you, hang up on you AND your Sister in law, and be accused of distracting her in forgetting about the Mother's Day card insulting me saying I made her forget due to me talking too much then you've come to the right Florist! Myself and my family have been planning a surprise Mother's Day visit for my Phenomenal 82 yr old Mother in Law that has Alzheimer's for the last 2 months! We are NOT happy about the tone nor dismissive, disrespectful, unprofessional, apathetic, pathetic, uncaring nature of this shop owner named Tara Scozzafava! We will NOT be back for more abuse nor boring and uninspired flower arrangements! We paid for a Premium and Custom ($276.36) Rose Rapture Bouquet and instead received a mushroom shaped bouquet NOT the ball shaped 4 dozen roses plus in the shape of a ball thats clearly displayed on their website! She also told me it would look better than the pic on her site and she would add a larger vase with more roses instead we received a smaller square vase with a lot less roses NOT the Lavender and pink roses I requested. Instead it included a ton of white roses, a few pink and lavender, white with pink edging, and several red roses. The bow I requested was supposed to be a solid pink or purple bow and we received instead a purple, white, and pink striped bow that only a clown could love let alone appreciate was what was received. After my Sister in law and I shared with her on a 3 way phone call me in NJ and her in NY our concerns she yelled at us, threatened us both with giving a full refund at the eleventh hour (Friday afternoon) hence no time to go elsewhere as they dont deliver on Sundays hence Mothers Day is on Sunday, accused me of persecuting her instead of listening intently and caring about a new customers happiness and concerns. She decides the appropriate course of action is to yell at us both and then hang up on us! We did NOT at any time disrespect her nor do anything wrong. We had to then call her back and speak to one of her helpers which also had the same exact negative attitude when we asked for more red long stemmed roses to be added as their were too many white roses making it look BAD and absolutely nothing like the originally promised Rose Rapture Bouquet on their website! She is clearly in the business of OVERPROMISING...AND...UNDER DELIVERING hence typical MISREPRESENTATION! I ordered this bouquet on Tuesday she told me she could handle my order but come Friday she said oops were all out of pink and lavender roses! The old adage really IS true...If you want something done "RIGHT" YOU need to DO it YOURSELF! Otherwise you will NOT receive what you planned for, paid for, and ordered! The Bottom line is this Tara... If you can't supply AND promise what was ordered DONT lie and instead substitute at the last minute with odd colors that dont match nor look good and think that will suffice and be good enough! NOPE it's NOT good enough and your attitude leaves a lot left to be desired! You should care and it clearly shows from how you treat a NEW customer to the type of SUB PAR ABOMINATION flower work your doling out to THIS customer! I feel sorry for all of the OTHER negative unhappy customers who left a negative review for you because I KNOW how they FEEL! NEVER again and I strongly advise all other potential customers to heed MY warning! I am NOT lying and this review is 1,000% accurate, true, and HONEST! I dont write reviews very often but this situation absolutely warranted it due to how it made my whole family and myself FEEL! I also have 2 witnesses to how badly we were treated on Friday's phone call..my husband Michael AND my Sister in law Joy. Tara does NOT understand the concept of great customer service nor customer satisfaction and in making sure her customers are truly happy! As a matter of fact it wouldn't be a bad idea IF she looked into employing a Work Place Sensitivity training course. I truly believe the owner Tara and her employee's could benefit GREATLY!
