Buyer BEWARE! I ordered an arraignment for my fathers funeral and after sending a picture of what I had in mind, I was told that they don't match photos since they are artist themselves, which was fine. We agreed on an amount and that if any additional work or flowers were needed, I would get a call to request approval before moving forward with a higher cost. I never received a phone call and then when I called to follow up and confirm my arrangement was being worked on, I was told it went up an additional $100 because more flowers were needed. I received a picture and i was not thrilled with the work so I asked for additional greenery to be added and to define the heart shape more since it looked more like a circle. I was later charged an additional $200 and was told I cannot get a picture of the updated version, when I requested it after a charge of $300 OVER our agreed upon amount was charged to my credit card. She held my flowers hostage outside of the funeral home until the full payment was made. Additionally there were surcharges and delivery fees that were never disclosed and added at the end without notice. It's not the cost that is the issue, it was the lack of transparency that wasn't right. I would never recommended this florist to anyone, especially someone who is grieving and vulnerable. I was taken advantage of and was extremely dissatisfied by the work. read more

My son was going to a jr prom yesterday (2/16/25) and we completely forgot to order a corsage. As I panicked because no florists are ever open on a Sunday, I googled florists in Mahopac and EMY Florist showed that she would be open at 11:00am. I dialed expecting to leave a message, but Sherry answered the phone on a Sunday morning at 9:30am and saved the day. Not only did she make the corsage for my son to give to his date, but the colors were perfect for her dress and his suit. Sherry saved the day and we couldn't be happier. My experience was awful with this florist shop. The owner enjoys promising flowers to be delivered & then threatens you that she's not delivering them. Flowers were supposed to be delivered at 10am. I called several times to see if they were delivered. She never delivered my flowers. When she tried to make up excuses that were lies she then threatened me that she would call me back & decide whether she would deliver them or not. I had to rush after 5pm to see if I could order them from somewhere else. She was totally rude. I will never allow myself to be treated like that again. I was so disappointed in this florist. I hope I can save someone else from all the grief this florist caused me. I would give her a zero rating. read more
