When they did my work they were using an unlicensed person to do the work. The owner had to fix the unlicensed guys mistakes. I'm still working to fix the landscaping. I wasn't going to post a review because Phase NW paid to have the sprinkler guy to fix the sprinkler system. But when we turned the sprinkler system in the spring of 2025 I found that there was still another $1500 dollars I had to spend to get it working.
