I ordered the chicken stuffed with cream cheese and spinach and my wife had the wild salmon. The meals were clearly prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients. In addition to the usual options of rice or baked potato, you can choose pasta or a twice baked (stuffed potato). Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection and the portions were generous, leaving us fully satisfied after our meal. In addition a great meal we enjoyed the peaceful view of the quiet lake from the outdoor patio. It was cloudy when we were there, but I'm sure they must have some amazing sunsets when it isn't.
