I was charged 18.19 due to the previous customers purchases somehow being added to my bill. The cashier at the time could not figure out how to do a refund. I returned the next day to talk to her boss, and he assured me he had refunded it to my card. We are from the coast and I had no access to my online account. Once home I checked and the refund was not made. Not a large amount but not good enough that the refund could not be done at the time of purchase. Staff should be taught how to make transactions and refunds if working on the cash register. My mistake too, for not checking my bill before paying!! Lesson learned!
