When I answered the door, he was in his truck pulling out of my driveway, already leaving at 10:50 though our appointment wasn't even until 11. I told him he was early and I was still getting ready, and he was instantly extremely rude and abrasive. He informed me if I was "going to be that way," he didn't want to provide me with service. I was uncomfortable being alone in my house with someone so hostile, especially when he wasn't even polite enough to wait in the car until our scheduled appointment time. I'll be using another company going forward.

I made what I thought was a warranty call and had the company come back out to inspect. They took the outlet apart and reconnected the wires. They then told me I had to pay $150 for what took them 15 minutes to fix. I said that it should be covered under their warrant but they refused saying it was something related to the landscape lighting. After I complained to the owner, they offered to lower the invoice to $95. Luckily I haven't had an issue since they came back out, but paying almost $400 for one outlet installed and then another $95 for what should have been covered by their warranty is a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend using them.

Well, our stove quit on us first. So, I looked behind the stove and the plug in box looked a little wobbly. So I got on Yelp and found All Service and called them. They said maybe, Friday or Monday they'd come out and check things out. They forgot about us. I called them on Tuesday and they rescheduled with me. I was just about to call another Electric Company, because I thought they forgot about me again. Just as I was about to dial, two very nice and polite service men showed up. Sure enough, I did need a new box. But guess what, he had just used his last one at the last customers house(likely story). He seemed genuine and promised to come back the next day and he did. He plugged in my stove and said the box shorted out and blew up my stove, so I do need to purchase a new stove. He only charged me for one hour of service. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy. I will always call them when I need them. Very fair and reasonably priced. I believe it is $98.00 to show up and $25.00 every quarter hour. You can beat that! Call them if you have electrical issues.

You also have to hope they send out a healthy and motivated crew. They get paid hourly. Even after making phone calls to attempt to resolve any issues, there seems to be very little concern on their end. I gave one (1) star, if I could give less I would.
