Well, our stove quit on us first. So, I looked behind the stove and the plug in box looked a little wobbly. So I got on Yelp and found All Service and called them. They said maybe, Friday or Monday they'd come out and check things out. They forgot about us. I called them on Tuesday and they rescheduled with me. I was just about to call another Electric Company, because I thought they forgot about me again. Just as I was about to dial, two very nice and polite service men showed up. Sure enough, I did need a new box. But guess what, he had just used his last one at the last customers house(likely story). He seemed genuine and promised to come back the next day and he did. He plugged in my stove and said the box shorted out and blew up my stove, so I do need to purchase a new stove. He only charged me for one hour of service. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy. I will always call them when I need them. Very fair and reasonably priced. I believe it is $98.00 to show up and $25.00 every quarter hour. You can beat that! Call them if you have electrical issues.

Had the misfortune of having them subcontracted for our electrical work by Jax Pro Construction. No project management by either of them, showed up for a few hours here and there with a different crew each time and took weeks to complete. At the end of the project they presented me with a massive bill - more than 4x what our electrical contingency was with no coherent explanation. Mr. Breeden then showed up at my house uninvited and immediately started threatening a lien filing. My sense is that this is the standard routine for this company given all of the amateur legal letters and certified mail that I received. Endured a hassle with an illegal lien filing and am now free of the issue but want to strongly warn others - avoid Mr. Breeden and his partner Yossi Kaslasi at Jax Pro Construction. There are good, honest and ethical contractors out there. Check BBB, Yelp and others - both for your general contractor and their key subcontractors. After receiving comparable estimates, we hired them to do a few kitchen and bath projects at our home. What also helped convince us to use Empire was the Yelp deal they are currently running: $60 for $120 worth of work! On the scheduled day, after having a job canceled, the two-man team arrived early. They looked over the work to be done and got started promptly. They were hard-working and thorough. Michele and I had a slight miscommunication about the color I preferred for the newly installed light dimmer plate. But I simply called the office and she personally drove to our home within the hour and dropped off the correct colored plate. That's what I consider exceptional customer service! The only thing I didn't care for was that one of the electrician techs smoked and took 2 or 3 "smoke breaks" while on the job. Electric work is charged by the half hour, so I didn't appreciate that he took those [expensive] breaks on my dime. Altogether though, I do recommend Empire for your electrical needs.
