So get this Jean at pyramid glass apparently decides he just doesn't help people. I called to get a quote he came out. He measured it and when I called him back to have him do the job he just decided he doesn't do it get this because the window is up on the second floor so he just decides he doesn't do it in my that is horrible service that is very bad for his I could give no stars, I would not to mention he was very rude about it but hey, I guess when you own your own business, you can run it however you want, but I don't recommend anybody do business with this company read more

Eugene (the owner) was extremely rude and disrespectful, he provided a price over the phone with the size that I provided, arrives to do the job, looks at the window and doubles the price of the glass on the spot and tells me that I didn't give him the right size even though we discussed it multiple times. He is question as to why the price has doubled and again blames it on me for telling him the wrong size, says that I'm being rude and walks away and tells me the price is firm and to call him if we want the service. Literally one of the worst experience, this man deserves to be out of business with that kind of attitude! Nobody should request his services. read more

I was not pleased with the attitude of Mr. Gene. He did not want to work with me if I went through my insurance and wanted me to pay cash. I had told him I would have the insurance company reimburse me but I need an invoice, which he was not willing to provide and told me to find someone else and hung up. My dog got startled Friday evening on 10/2/20 by something in the yard. I think he stepped on an Agave Cactus. He crashed into my living room window and hit it so hard, it shattered into spider web cracks. My Bulldog is 75 lbs. I called Gene at Pyramid Glass & Window early Saturday morning and left a voice mail. In about an hour, Gene returned my call and I explained what happened and that I needed the window replaced. Gene scheduled a visit for Monday morning, was on time as he promised, and gave us an estimate for the tempered double pane window. He said it was a custom size large window, 6ft. by 3 ft., and would take a few days to make. On Wednesday afternoon, Gene called me and said the window was finished and could they install it on Thursday. I agreed. On early Thursday morning, Gene called and asked if they could install the window earlier than scheduled, which was great for me. The installer showed up on time and did a very professional job! Cleaned up the area well and was very friendly. We live west of Tucson near the Sonoran Desert Museum so it was a bit of a trek for them to drive out here in the desert, but they did and honored everything they said they would do. 5 stars all the way around!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Pyramid. I have used them twice now, and both jobs were completed well under the timeline promised and at a very reasonable price. You won't have to sit through an agonizing lecture about their products either (as with a certain window company). Pyramid is quality without the hype. Gene was professional, friendly, and efficient; he listened to our wants and assessed our needs quickly and accurately. We had a hard time finding windows with narrow enough frames that would work to replace our very narrow 10" high clerestory windows in our 1965 Mid-Century Modern home, but Gene came through. I wish we had gone to them from the start. I just hired them again to replace the glass on two older windows that had lost their seals, and once again, I was seriously impressed. You won't find a better glass and window contractor in Tucson. read more

Gene had horrible customer service. He came off extremely rude. Refused to replace my windows (without even looking at them) after I'd told him several times how difficult it is to open and close them. He sent his guys out to give me a quote on a Friday. They told me to call on Monday. Called him on Monday (today) and he continued to refuse to replace (or fix) my windows "cause it would be a waste of money". While I respect him looking out for my money, I'm not calling and asking for his services if I'm not willing to spend MY money to fix my windows. After he finally agrees to give me a quote, he asks me to call him on Thursday for the cost of repairs "in case he forgets". If you want my service, act like it. In my opinion, this is horrible customer service. My advice, LISTEN to your customers when they call requesting your services. Respect their decision if they choose to "waste" their money on your product. read more

Gene and his crew showed up on time and were expedient with the installation of our windows. They even went the extra effort in reenforcing our new sliding glass door with new trim to make sure the door was secure. Over all they installed three south facing windows which have made a huge difference in cooling and noise reduction. I made an appointment for Gene and his crew to come out and install a new sliding glass door. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Pyramid Glass & Window was also very affordable for this blue collar family. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows installed. read more

Today, 4/15/2019, I had a window gasket repair. Gene was able to repair instead of replace the gasket with a relatively low cost. He was on time, repaired it by his truck, and reinstalled the window. Awful. Came and repaired/replaced one of our custom windows and got silicone glue all on the edges. Stated we would need to take the glue off in 48 hours. Being a first-time window repair for us we didn't know if that was the norm. After looking at it and trying to take the glue off it looked terrible with hole in the repair. We called to see if they could come by to take the glue off at their convenience and they said, "well we are not in the area, and typically we don't do that." Nuff said. read more
