It was so large that the bottom limbs didn't even come close to the roof of my two-story house and stretched almost to the sidewalk in the front. I don't know how they did it, but nothing was damaged It took them two days to take down the tree and remove it and they were fast and efficient. This is his professional response: "Mike, I have already explained to your wife that a credit applies to future work to be completed. That's very different than a refund, where someone receives some or all of a payment they had already made. I gave you a credit. I do not offer refunds. I'll go on to say that I'm pretty hot about having accommodated your timeframe when those pool diggers showed up much earlier than expected, an inconvenience to us for sure, to still be talking about this. I'm no longer interested in doing any work for you, so your $200 is no more." So be careful if you use this company, not very professional if you ask me.
