After some Google searching I found out it was the backlighting burned out. (from what I found on Google this is very common issue with LED TV's) I also found Dave's business at the same time. Made a phone call, dropped it off on Monday & had it back on Tuesday. He never charged much and my TV is good as new. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of TV repair. Additionally, since Peak Audio no longer offers repairs, I was thrilled to find a service center I could take my equipment to without shipping as it is very heavy heavy and very expensive to ship, plus, vintage equipment doesn't ship well no matter who you use or how well you pack it. My daughter wished to get into vinyl so I took in my NAD Power Envelope Amp and Preamp that I purchased back in 1988. Good service and an incredible, economic repair later and the workhorse of my youth is ready for another generation.
