My boat is a $100,000 tri toon boat that was in mint condition when it was put in on their lot with the cover on it. Thry says they have responsibility to it and that our insurance should be the one to cover it. They also shredded the power of attorney papers and told us no one needs any extra paperwork floating around. Very shady dealership and I would not recommend them for nothing. i had to hit the one star for this to submit but there is no stars for this business that my boat got damaged on their property in their possession and feel they have no responsibility to.

I came back the next day, excited, and asked if they were ready to sell me one. An older gentleman "lol" asked me to sit down. We ended up talking for about an hour and a half, not just about the boat, but about life. He clearly had my best interest in mind. I told him what was going on in my world, and as a retired 1SGT, he gave me honest advice. He said the boat was worth the money, but also helped me see that timing and priorities matter more. I didn't leave with a boat this time, but I left with a clearer perspective. Tailwater Marine doesn't just sell good boats , they give solid advice and genuinely care about their customers.
