Brad literally saved my KY Lake vacation this year when the boat went belly up. He stayed late, sourcing the part--eventually finding one in Atlanta; after it came in Saturday morning, he had his guys working to get the boat back on the water four hours after they 'closed'. That level of service you just can't buy. I'm a Twin Lakes Marine customer for life. I wish someone would have told me about them years ago. I would have saved *lots* of $$, time and frustration. There were numerous problems with my boat when I got it back. Had to pay another shop to fix the problems they created. There was grease all over my interior and carpet when I got it back. The boat had been flooded due to them leaving the boat outside with the cover off and plug in resulting in damage to the starter. I can go on and on with the numerous problems they created. I have never been so humiliated and disappointed in my life. Customer beware!!!!! If you do business with them expect to be taken!!!!

Called as soon as we arrived as we only paid half their fee until we actually saw the work performed and Thank Goodness for that. They over charge already for the service but gave the benefit of the doubt they would be great! So WRONG! They were to come on Monday to check it out ,as we did take many pictures and sent to them. Brandon stated he would be there first thing to make it right. Went from 7am to 10ish to "we had an accident" to again another 2 days later be there early- no show - we cleaned up their mess ourselves for 4 hours. We sent them a text again and told them not to bother anymore we cleaned it up a week later on our own. BTW,Our boat is not a year old! Garaged and always covered if on the lift.
