Do not go here unless you want to be overcharged. My insurance company was billed over $1,100 for just 2 office visits and I paid $230 in addition to that. When I requested a refund for the overpayment the office gave me the run around and outright lied to me several times about what insurance covered. And, they will tell you that they have to keep your credit card on file. After my first 2 visits when I didn't return they called me saying I owed them over $200 more! Additionally, Chang Lee lacked professionalism during my first visit when he seemed very hyper and laughed numerous times as I discussed my symptoms. I overlooked this at the time but thought very inappropriate and almost did not return for a second visit. But I decided to give him a second try. It was after the second visit that I decided this was not the acupuncturist I wanted to see and now I know my intuition was correct. Very unprofessional front desk. Very bad billing practices. I spent an inordinate amount of time going through insurance records and trying to "prove" a refund was due only to have the office manager argue with me each time, even though I emailed copies of the insurance records. Both visits they asked for me to pay a higher amount than my copay, which I did, then asked for me to pay for X-rays saying insurance company usually doesn't pay, so I did. Then my insurance company paid for all. When I emailed screenshots from the insurance company I got no reply so I sent another email and asked for a response and here is what I got: "Due to not cooperating with us in answering our calls we will not discuss this on email. This terms should be discuss in a proper manner. When you are able to discuss it with us you are more than welcome to call our office at the number below. In our office we take great pride in the services we render to our patients. There was no proper discussion so they will be no final decision." Seriously??? What professional doctor's office sends an email like that??? First, I had no idea they called because they didn't leave a message. Second, why couldn't they just respond to my email? When I called and asked the office manager why she didn't leave a message she lied and said my voicemail box was full. It's never been full and I checked again and it wasn't. There are too many professional and better acupuncturists and functional medicine practitioners in Dallas where this kind of nonsense doesn't happen. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. read more

Dr. Lee knows what he's doing and he does it well. He focuses on functional medicine and not just a quick fix. This way whatever you're dealing with will be helped long term. He's quick to figure out a diagnosis and how to treat it. He's efficient. I'm happy to have found his office and he's easily become one of my favorite doctors that I've had to work with. While Dr. Lee and his staff are very nice, this is not a traditional chiropractic experience. Do not expect chiropractic treatment with adjustments. I went twice and each time was lectured about Dr. Lee's process. I agreed to try acupuncture as that was basically all that was offered. It was performed with estem. It was fine during the treatment. I chose not to return after I discovered a blister lesion on my low back along with a large bruise after the second treatment. As a note, my father and stepmom are chiropractors (in another state). I've grown up with it and am accepting of alternative treatment. This was not a match for me. I was very unhappy with the situation post-second treatment...and that Dr. Lee refused to provide a chiropractic adjustment. read more

Leaving a review for a friend ( Ali Hashim )- he had mutliple issues with his back and shoulder and had been to numerous places and noone using traditional medicine could figure out or help him with what was ailing him. He visited this doctor and felt better after the very first treatment . The staff treated him like family and really paid attention to what was bothering him. Dr. Lee is a healer. A few months ago I was diagnosed by an ortho surgeon with C-6 C-7 disk herniation and was told that surgery was really my only option. After 2 months of treatment by Dr. Lee, my pain hs decreased to 30% of what it was when I first began seeing him. He attacks your ailment from all angles (pun unintended). I've never had much luck with chiropractic care before, but at Q, I can sense this guy's expertise in acupuncture and kinetic healing practices, and the reduction in chronic pain has given me hope and renewed my faith in alternative care. Dr. Lee is awesome. He uses numerous ways to treat me. I never had acupuncture before and found great results from that method. I also used the hyperbaric chamber and receive chiropractic treatments. He uses electrical stimulation for my muscles along with assigning homework exercises. This is truly a one-stop clinic. The knowledge Dr. Lee has is amazing as he explains very clearly what's going on and why. I've even had a heavy metals test along with a 21-day cleanse. Most of my issues are gone and now we're working on a few remaining stubborn areas. I didn't mention the work out area that's free for patients to use. I've been visiting Dr. Lee for a number of years. It's nice to not worry about filling prescriptions and actually rely on changing your diet and simple exercises to get on your way to recovery. Dr Lee has been my chiropractor/functional medicine Dr now for about 3 years. I came to talk to him after my husband saw him after a car accident and I had just had thyroid surgery. He has helped me physically, nutritionally and has even treated me during my last pregnancy. I highly recommend him after all of these years and many,many visits later. He's pretty easy to get an appointment with fairly quickly, if needed. My family will continue to see him for years to come. read more
