Buyer Beware!! we went there for pedicures, and it is very dirty. They use the same files on our feet that were used. They used a pumice stone on the bottom of our feet that they use for all their clients. I don't know what we were thinking letting them continue. My niece and I both picked out a nail color and what we got was nothing like the color we picked. I said something so she went and got another bottle and it was empty so they had to shake the crap out of it to get enough to put on my toes. I don't think they replenish any of their supplies. I really like this nail salon, The owners are very nice people and do excellent work, they are not pushy and don't try to sell you things you don't want. This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever visited. The nail technician rushed gel nail polish onto my fingers--such a poor job that all but three nails lost ALL polish within three days. I've never seen anything like it. When I returned, asking if she could repair the first three nails that lost polish, she said that she was busy and gave me a time to return the next day. When I returned at that time, she said she was too busy. She finally agreed to fix the first three nails, but these began chipping the very same day. She said that my polish fell off because my nails were short. But this excuse has no validity. Gel polish usually last three weeks on my nails. Do not go here. Trust me. They also demand cash even though no signs indicate cash is required. And they spend no time on the service. I was charged $40 for a 20 minute polish. read more

She started on my wife's nails After about 15 minutes, she came over to start my pedicure. She turned on the water, and went back to work on my wife's nails. Came back 5 minutes later to start my pedicure She spent a total of maybe 10 minutes if that on my pedicure. Rushed the whole process . She went back to finish my wife's nails.We we're there a total of 20 minutes. When my wife went to pay with her debit card. She said cash only There were no signs stipulating cash only. She charged us $90 dollars A complete rip-off, no personality at all Two weeks later, we went to Minh T Nails, in Surprise When my wife sat down with the owner She told my wife, that she had fungus under her nails. She asked if they could just do regular acrylic she asked for white he refused , then suggested the French pink she agreed. I have been going here since May 2021. I appreciate how efficient and quick Amy is efficient in getting my nails and feet done.

I went here a year ago and had gel nail manicure within a week and a half gel was coming off. Then I gave it another try yesterday and WOW highway robbery on prices. 40 dollar for a regular pedicure and 50$ for a fill with gel. A regular manicure 20 min away is 28$, and a fill is 30+gel if you want it. I was shocked when she said 90$ and we only take cash. They never even let me look at prices. Their isn't a price sheet or a menu they give you to chose from. You just say what you want assuming it's regular pricing. They are doing this because they barely have business the place was empty at 4:30-6:00 I was the only one. Maybe if they start being fair or upfront with pricing their business might get better. I could barely tip her as they emptied my wallet. I got nothing special. The place is dirty, they have zero color options. It's falling apart. Have been going to this salon for manis & pedis since moving to Wickenburg over a year ago. Both Amy & Tim are very personable and I love the gel nails. No cracking or peeling. I have "difficult feet" and they have done excellent work in keeping them healthy and as "crack free" as possible. Relaxing atmosphere. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because occasionally when they are "really busy" the service seems rushed and those with appointments need to wait more than 10 min. However, if a pedi chair is not occupied they usually start the "soak" on time. As with all nail salons make sure you agree on the price before service begins as sometimes the cost depends on the work/length of time required for your nails. Kathy M read more

It has a very local family owned feel which is super inviting and comfortable plus they do amazing work. I have had over 30 pedicures here and have gotten my nails done a couple times too and I have never been disappointed. I know it's a small town, but they need to figure out a way to stay open and not close for vacations. I enjoy my experience there, but sometimes when I go to Surprise, I plan nail trips there because I know places will be open.
