She agreed it would need a touch-up and sent me a booking link. The conversation was friendly, and I simply asked about the deposit since it was a correction from my initial appointment. She explained it was $50 to cover her tray, and I left it at that. That same night, she went on a series of Instagram stories calling out people who "question her pricing," describing them as "gross," and even referenced the neighborhood I live in -- making it obvious the posts were about me. It was completely unprofessional and honestly shocking behavior from a business owner. When I messaged her directly to express how disrespectful that was, she doubled down instead of taking accountability. Then, after blocking me, she continued posting stories showing my arm and tattoos while talking negatively about me. Several friends sent me screenshots because they couldn't believe it either. Her reaction was immature, entitled, and deeply unprofessional. I had been nothing but polite, yet was publicly ridiculed for asking a simple question. I genuinely liked her work, but professionalism and basic respect for clients matter just as much as talent -- and she showed neither.

She has always treated me with kindness and respect. I travel to her from TN because I love her work that much. Before you get fine line work done, I suggest you do some research - most fine line tattoos will need touch ups over the years! If you don't book another tattoo with her, there will be a touch up fee to accommodate her time and supplies. It's very clear in all of her paperwork. :)

There were 3 trainees involved the first did my hair wash and she absolutely killed it. Her scalp massage was on point and she was so friendly. Her name was Esmeralda I believe. As for the other two trainees, the manager or trainer had them do one side of my hair each. They both were super nervous and I can understand why but so was the girl who washed my hair and I am thinking they are a little bit intimidated by their manager? I will say the manager did seem like she wanted to be doing something other than training them. Anyway... Each time, they used the curling brushing, it caused noticeable pain, as though multiple strands of hair were being pulled out with every pass of the brush. This occurred consistently and left my head feeling so uncomfortable. I shed hair and I told the trainer and trainees this before they started in order to hopefully get them to know I don't want to lose more hair than I already do. I understand that trainees are still learning and that not every issue is their fault, but it might be worth reviewing the brushing techniques or adding more hands-on guidance during training to prevent this level of discomfort. The end result was fine but I wish there was a little more volume. The manager did give this one to me for free just because I was the only one who signed up for the new stylists promo but I would have had a real issue if I did end up getting charged for this. As a result, I'll probably only return if I can book directly with an experienced stylist. That said, I enjoy the salon atmosphere and services overall.

Caitlin is very responsive, kind, fair in pricing and she does a beautiful job. Caitlin makes sure that her clients are absolutely satisfied with their work. She checked periodically throughout the session to make sure that the client is pleased with her service. I did a trial run with her for my wedding make up and hair and we booked with her, she also did wedding hair and make up for my wedding and we were all fully satisfied!
