Unfortunately, that issue was not addressed and has since gone into collections. Communication has been a major issue throughout. Emails often take three to four weeks for a response, and phone calls are rarely returned. I've also followed up multiple times regarding an email he said he would send to the IRS, but it was never completed despite repeated confirmation that it would be handled. Additionally, I was placed on an automatic IRS withdrawal plan that I did not knowingly authorize, and when I asked for clarification, I was told to look it up myself online rather than receiving assistance or resolution.
