Jenya (and staff) have consistently returned calls/emails and, unlike many businesses, who might "fudge" their way through a topic about which they're not certain, Rose Tax will refer you to other resources who can assist with your specific questions. I appreciate this - would much rather have someone tell me "I don't know for sure, but here is someone who would be a great resource for you" than "I'm pretty sure it's this" or "I THINK it's probably that." He later then advised, that his account had gotten hacked and he didn't have funds, after several months of contacting the IRS, I still have yet to have my taxes from him, I am just seeking my full money at this point, every day and every week when I call he tells me that there is no update on these taxes.
