Friday the water line at my home blew out....water water everywhere, but thankfully the pipe broke…read moreright at the point that it enters the outside of the kitchen wall. Called a local plumbing co, but it was Sat. and no help. Mon morning I called the firm I had sent emails to on Sat. morning talked to a nice lady who informed me that they could be out about 2:00 p.m to check out the damage and give me an estimate that would cost $69. If I allowed them to do the work the $69 would apply to the cost of the work. As I was out of water for the entire weekend I decided to see if I could find someone who could come out earlier. I contacted Cajun Maintenance and was told that a plumber would be out before 0800. True to their promise a plumber arrived, looked over the problem, and wrote me a quote. I looked it over and agreed to the work and the price. The young plumber was well versed in his job because he went to work and had main feeder pipe removed at the site of the split in it. Went in from under the sink, cut the bad pipe from the inside of the house, cut a length of pipe that he soldered at the place he cut the old pipe out. Reconnected faucet and everything worked as it should. The whole thing took about 2 hours. I paid the plumber the fee that he quoted to me....It was a fair cost for getting to me as soon as I called, professional work, and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely call Cajun Maintenance in Denham Springs if I need fast, professional service at a reasonable and fair price. Do yourself a favor and a Cajun Maintenance when you are in a bind and need help. You won't be disappointed.

I was able to get a plumber out the following day, and he quickly and professionally assessed the problem and wrote up a quote. He stayed responsive the whole time--text, Yelp, and phone--so I never had any issues with communication. Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest. They may be expensive, but the job will be done right....at least according to the plumber I met.

He explain everything that he was doing on detailed and the reason for each step. They did a super comprehensive check inside, outside and underneath the house trying to find a low flowing leak. He used visual inspection as well as a sound machine. Spend over 3 hours testing everything. While the price is high compared to a regular plumber. I fully trust their results and hope that our problem can be resolved on the spot. In addition we will get a written report that can be used to try to advocate the water company if necessary.

I choose this company too do the repair. They responded to my call on the second ring. The service dispatch set my expectations and said they'd have someone between 1 & 4 that same day. I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. I would recommend this company to anyone and I thank their employee Jonathan for a job well done. Thanks guys, it was very professionally completed to my satisfaction.

Yes the house was cool for a short period of time and we had to keep calling him back. Had to call out another ac company and now I need a new coil and they had to fix the issue with the stop leak. Now to find out that the owner even took piece of the part I need to install the new coil. I'm highly upset and this is unacceptable. I called them and left a message to settle the issue no call back yet.
