So I had been looking for someone to fix or replace my gutters on my house, and I ran across this company on Yelp. Frank came out and gave me an estimate, but I had a wait a couple of days because I had a spontaneous roof leak on the same day he came out. So I got the roof resolved, and I called Frank out, and he said he was busy, and then he said after his kids' game, which was a few days later. I called the day before to confirm, but no answer. Then on the day of, I called and no answer. I texted him, no answer. Then I even left him a message on yelp and no answer. Then I had my partner call and no answer but he called him back. My partner explained to him who he was and he was just wondering if he was going to complete the job. He told him he would and he would call on Sunday to confirm. This is Monday and I get a call from Frank asking if I wanted the job completed still, I said yes. Then he hit me with it's going to be a different price because the material he had for me he used and he would need to reorder it. Ok, so how much more???? He hit me with almost $200 more than the original price...... NEVERMIND I WILL PAY SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS RELIABLE,and COMMUNICATIVE. QBE gutter came to rescue for my loose gutters that were rattling like crazy during high wind events. They came the same day and took care of the issue within 20 minutes. Found Freddy on here through a project request. He responded immediately with A very reasonable price. He is based out of Hesperia but was more than willing to Come up to Big Bear. Called him to iron out details. I did the measurements and I ended up being almost exactly what he measured on site. We chose the Rustic Copper powder coated Aluminum Seamless Gutters. We added the Mesh screening on top due to all the Pine needles up here. Freddy suggested extra mounting screws spaced 12" apart versus every 18 " for more load bearing due to weight of Snow and Ice up here. He was helpful, had good input on colors, always responded immediately. Showed up early, asked for extra paint so he could paint the wedges that go underneath the gutter. Finished in less than 3 hours. Excellent all the way around. Highly recommend Freddy and QBE. read more

Freddie at QBE has been amazing to work with. When I initially reached out, he responded very quickly and was able to come to my home the very next day. When he arrived, he was on time and very professional. He took his time explaining details such as going with hangers every 2 feet (versus the standard 4 feet) and using screws instead of nails to make the install extra sturdy. This is extremely important in my area, because in Eastvale it can get very windy at times. The last thing you want is to spend money on gutters only to have them become loose and flap around in the strong wind. Freddie let me know that other companies continually return to customers in this area having to add the additional support AFTER the fact - after they have already come off the house. On top of those important details, he again showed great customer service by showing me and my wife a swatch of colors so we could pick which colors matched our home's exterior perfectly. He didn't just dump the swatch and tell us to pick, we did the color picking together so we could all agree the match was perfect. Great salesmanship! When it was time to do the actual work, he showed up on time again with all necessary equipment and parts so no wasted time there. Him and his crew were extremely efficient - they had the gutters installed in a few hours and it looked great! I had some specific requirements on placement of the downspouts as well as a request to have a plan to swap out pieces when I decide to capture rain water into a barrel. Again - no issues and everything went perfectly. While you're out looking for rain gutters, definitely put QBE at the top of your list. One of the main reasons I chose them over the others I received quotes from is the expertise that Freddie brought from Day 1. When I asked questions, he had the appropriate answers. He didn't need to check with anyone else, simply because he himself is knowledgeable. To top it off, others were simply unavailable to do the work for another month or two. We needed new gutters on the house and requested six quotes. QBE came out and provided a quote within an hour of speaking with the owner, Freddie. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to install within seven days! It took his team five hours to do the install. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. They have a large selection of gutter colors and the installed colors match very well with the facia boards and stucco color. It hasn't rained (yet), but having watched them install the gutters I have tremendous confidence we will not experience any leaking. QBE is a new company, but the owner and his crew are enthusiastic, experienced and skilled craftsmen.
