My first issue was that my appointment was at 10 am, and I was not seen by the doctor till 11:20 am. The nurse and doctor was very unsympathetic to the pain I am experiencing. The nurse told me my previous records were gone as they switched to a different system called Athena (I believe medical record retention is 7 years, and my records were from 2023 and 2024). They did an xray of the wrong area today. I also forgot to mention that I heard the nurse complaining about me from the hallway, which is completely unprofessional. The office staff is incredible - Dawn and Karin have been there longer than when I started going, and they are also incredibly kind and helpful and dedicated to this practice. This office really provides the personalized one-on-one care you hope for, and I'm grateful that I'm able to use my insurance there. The biggest difference in the treatment I receive here is it is mostly hands-on care to treat pain (cupping, dry needling, starting off by laying on large heated table, ultrasound therapy, etc), vs others have been focused on doing exercises the majority of the visit. I've had good experiences generally at those practices too, but never received any of the services I receive here at those places. Terry has shown me some things I can do at home to help, and your mileage may very with how your treatment is because he really does tailor to the individual's needs. There are also 3 other physical therapists there, but I've only ever seen Terry, but I'm sure just by being part of the team they are also great to see. As he has even put on his website, shop around because it's your body and your money! So include Grapevine PT in your choices of places to try to find the best fit for your needs, you'll probably end up choosing them for most or all of your care!

i have seen dr khan and three colleagues several times. he was a very wonderful and caring dr for…read moremy knees after one was cleaned out by another orthopedic dr. i had hoped for a knee replacement, however, that went out the window, (so to speak), after the infection. one of the other doctors in the office had to clean it out 4 times before it cleared the infection and i had 2 iv antibiotics twice daily for several weeks. another doctor in the practice took care of me at bs&w grapevine when i broke my tibia and fibia both in a fall in my home when i had a completely different infection and dr khan wasn't available on both occasions. i have nothing but the very best memories of this orthopedic office, the personnel and the doctors, they took very great care of me this review is rather late since i have been much better as of late, but i think late is much better than nothing at all‼ thank you to everyone who has helped me in the several past years so very much (i did not put anyone else name because my spelling is lacking-i can add dr hrnack & dr 'k', for that i am extremely sorry).

You truly feel like that of a team such as the Chiefs, the Rangers, or even the Aggies when they are good in the pre-season. Along the way, I was shared my progress. Further the other PT's knew me well by name. Techs like Michael and Brian were always a joy to also work with and made the experience engaging. I learned how to use the wheelchair, crutches, and other ambulatory devices, Trey coached me all along the way, his positive attitude and excellent explanation of the healing process and the recovery process. The recommendations given to us really have helped alot and I'm glad we were referred here by our PCP. I would have rating this exceptional - however - the downside is the adjecent shoe store patients are referred to are no where near what the other side of this business offers. We were told: go have his foot correctly measured, suggested a certain kind of shoe to help with flat feet and pain plus use inserts. We trusted this "store" attendant to do that. First, since trendy stores like Vans and Sketchers clerks told my son he was an 11, surprise surprise, he is not. We were told he measured 9 1/2 W. Ok. Good to know. They we looked for a 9 1/2 W shoe that the Dr. recommended. We were told to get inserts. We did. Now I will tell you my son is on the spectrum. He is high functioning but really won't complain and goes with the flow. The inserts......we were given were a 10-10 1/2. He slipped them into his size 11 shoe. Since the STORE had NO 9 1/2 W we were told to go to Academy and Dick's. They also did not have ANY 9 1/2 W in this type of shoe. So Amazon did. Ordered a 9 1/2 W, got it in a 3 days and my son slipped his 10-10 1/2 insert into the 9 1/2W shoe. A day or two later I saw him wearing his old shoes, no form fitting, lose which the Dr. warned not to wear. When I ask he said, well the BOX THE LADY PUT IN THE BAG SAYS 10- 10 1/2 and the SHOE WE WERE TOLD TO GET ME IS A 9 1/2W SO IT CRUNCHES MY TOES. My husband took the 10 - 10 1/2 insert and my son BACK TO THIS STORE. NO COMPENSATION. As a matter of fact were were told by BRITTANY, "THE OLD MEASURING DEVICE WAS INACCURATE". Oh, so the were using an outdating icorrect device!!!!!! HE is NOT a 9 1/2 W, now he's a regular 10 1/2. WHAT??????? I asked for some sort of compesation, Brittany told my husband no, unfortunately there would be no adjustment to a new pair of shoes WHICH WE HAD TO BUY FOR OUR SON TO WEAR A C O R R E C T F I T T I N G S H O E at the C O R R E C T S I Z E. Now that they had a "new" measuring device. What a rip off! So we bought another CORRECT insert for another pair of shoes and the new shoes, dropping another $200. I spoke with Brittany as my huband and son sat there asking her to speak with the manager. She complied. The manager's name is Brenda. Brenda is not a good manager nor is she a good customer service representative for this business. No discount, no compensation. Did not come to the phone or speak with my son and husband. When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Wenger is a brilliant surgeon. As a former trauma nurse…read moreclinician for the largest teaching hospital in the metroplex I have worked with hundreds of upcoming surgeons. After a while one starts to develop a sense of which doctors are truly gifted and which are just going through the motions. Dr. Wenger is definitely the former (truly gifted). I would happily recommend him to anyone, right after he fires his entire billing staff. As a result of their billing error I am now faced with an extra $1200 bill to TIOS and the overwhelming task of trying to get a refund from the surgery center. When I went to the office to discuss the error they gave me the tired old excuse of "the office manager is in a meeting". When I talked to the billing department, their excuse was "it's not our fault" "it's your insurance's fault" and "if the hospital owes you a refund you'll have to talk to them, it's not our faut". While it may not be "your fault" it IS certainly your problem because now you have created an angry patient who just told the entire world about his horrible experience with TIOS.
