I arrived at 10:50 am and was placed in a room for over an hour where he never came in until time to close for the day. They closed early to go view the eclipse. However, today I was "assisted" by a woman named Hilda while checking in to see Dr. Vineyard, whom I love and who was one of my surgeons. Not only was Hilda curt and extremely rude to me, she seemed to be upset with another employee who had been helping to answer some insurance questions I had, for not checking me in herself. The interaction was very awkward. Hilda had been having a conversation with another woman and it was obvious she did not want to be interrupted. I felt terribly sorry for the woman she was rude to Barbara (who was extremely helpful and friendly!).
