He helped me understand how to properly manage my medication regimen for the best results, arranged for an MRI when the initial treatment failed, and helped get me in quickly to see the physician who ultimately performed the steroid spinal injection I needed. For the first time in over two weeks, I am finally experiencing some relief. What this review cannot fully convey is just how debilitating this experience was -- the pain affected every part of daily life, including sleep, mobility, work product, and basic functioning. My last place never even looked at my back plus I never met the doctors only staff and PA. Rachael is a very good listener and takes the time to get to know you as a person. You never feel rushed and treated like an assembly line at a factory. She is very intelligent and very compassionate on what she does. Chelsea is also very nice and I enjoy going there every month.
