Terrible…read moreexperience, I paid them to print 3 outdoor signs plus installation, First, The print quality was so bad, Colors did not match the original design (Clearly printed on low settings) and their installer damaged the signs during installation, He even left the screws exposed, I reached back to their manager Jim Henderson to correct the issue, First he blamed the sun light for the color change, Then he blamed the original design and when I proved him wrong he started to become rude and used foul language, Now he starts lying and claiming that we chose a lower price option even though we paid him what he asked for including payment for installation service. No reputable print shop accepts to deliver or even offer this kind of cheap quality to their customers. This company will screw your project and will not refund your money and they will turn their back on you as soon as they find out that you are not satisfied. Be aware!

Once they moved out of their small location and into a warehouse they have become extremely inconsistent and the last time that I came in with the same uniforms that I have been bringing they turned me away stating that now they have changed their policies and they do not take outside items. Here is were the first problem start I wished I would have received a prior notice to this and I never received an email or a letter and mind you they have all that information in their system. They stated that they now do not take outside items after I had paid the fee of embroidery and it was just so simple to order new uniforms as new employees came in. They have also changed their policy to by appointment only. As a business owner who has time for appointments I always try to use small businesses but no wonder corporate companies are running over small businesses. I will now take my business with rush order tees who have been amazing and helping me transition as I needed my uniforms as soon as possible. They make all kinds of signs. For your car, your building, your windows, anything you can dream of - they will make. And if you need help creating a design, they can assist in that too.
